Title: Perfect for Me
Review: I bought two of these, one for my daughter, one for myself. I use for reading in bed with the lowest level of light. I use rechargeable AAA batteries. My daughter likes the USB plug-in cord with an adapter to the outlet or to your device. Nice price for these two energy options. And three settings for the light level. This is a lot of nice features for a reasonable price. I chose it because I also like how the flexible goose neck joins the lamp in the center, dispersing light over the pages. The neck is sturdy, holds position well. So is the clamp. Of all the gadgets I’m buying on Amazon to get my business online, this personal use one, is one of my favorites, totally satisfied. TWO OPTIONS FOR ENERGY SOURCE. The unit itself is NOT RECHARGEABLE. READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY. SOME AAA BATTERIES ARE RECHARGEABLE. I would hope all are using these. Always recycle batteries, never toss in trash.

Title: Nice little light. Im happy.
Review: Perfect for when you need a light, but not overpoweringly bright. I like that that it isn’t rechargeable and you can replace the batteries since I’ve had bad luck with the lifespan of the non-replaceable rechargeable batteries in other reading lamps. Being able to plug it into a usb port for power is also a big plus.

Title: Handy but could be better
Review: I use this to illuminate the keyboard of my laptop. It will clamp to the top of the laptop’s screen. I wish it had white led lamps instead of orange, but the 3 power settings are handy. It gets power from a USB power port letting me use it without the hassle of batteries, but it will take batteries if need be. The highest power setting illuminates the keyboard very well, and the other two power settings work OK as well, if the room is not overly bright.

Title: Takes AAA batteries
Review: There’s nothing I don’t like! The neck of it is lightweight so I know it won’t hang down on me after a while, the clip is sufficient, the lighting is great which has different settings by the way and it takes regular batteries which we need more items like that because if you forgot to charge something guess what you can’t use it in a pinch when you need it. So these are perfect, I highly recommend and great price, you really can’t go wrong. I wound up getting two because it’s not easy to find something where I can easily put some batteries in it and use right away these days. So this is a winner in my book!

Title: Very affordable book light with several strengths!
Review: The LEPOWER Book Light Dimmable is very lightweight and perfect for puzzle books or conventional. I chose this particular light because I have many USB rechargeable devices and liked the idea of the simplistic AAA battery power. I also like the 3 brightness levels and find it a must have for book readers at nighttime.

Title: Absolutely love this light
Review: This is, by far, the very best reading light I’ve ever used. I love the wide lamp, which actually covers both pages of a book while reading. It only requires very slight adjustment if it’s a large-page book. It’s very bright, allowing me to stay on the lowest setting and only needing to go up in brightness as the battery drains, which lets the battery last so much longer than other lights (and I read A LOT). My son dropped it once and it fell into pieces. I thought it was a goner for sure and was surprised when I put it back together that it worked just as well as ever. Had this a couple weeks short of a year and still going just as strong as when new. Can you tell I really like this lamp? LOL Will try to upload a pic.

Title: Disappointed
Review: I was very disappointed when I received it. I turned it on to check the brightness and color on the light. It would not turn on. So I figured it needed to be charged. After charging for over 3 hrs. I clipped it on to read my bible. But it wouldn’t turn on. I thought it should have charged by now. But thought maybe it was completely dead and needed to charge it longer. After charging for about another 3 hrs. I turned it on. And nothing. So I put it back on the charger and turned it on and it worked. The reason I chose to buy this light was because I thought you could either use with batteries or charge with USB and use it that way. Apparently it’s not rechargeable. You either use it with batteries or you can plug it in and use it that way. I had bought another one that was rechargeable. But the lightning was hurting my eyes. So I bought this one. Now I spent money and 2 different light that I can’t use. I guess I should have read the description better. But of course it’s in small print

Title: A book light for you and a laptop light for me
Review: I bought this book light to use as a laptop light. It works fairly well at that with just one issue. I feel that it doesn’t grip nearly enough. Of course I don’t want it to have a damaging vise grip on my laptop but Lepower omitted one thing that could have made it better. There is rubber grip on only one the clamping surfaces. Because of this the light can slip and slide around a good bit with the slightest bump or shaking of the laptop. Of course it was not made for this purpose so take that into consideration. Still it seems like it would have been an obvious choice to add grip to both of the clamping surfaces.I like that this device can be powered over USB but I find it a little annoying running the cord from it to my laptop, so I’ve been sticking with batteries instead. It has pretty good battery life and I usually run it on the lowest setting. It’s cool that it has different lighting temperatures that you can select from. I prefer the settingthat uses both the warm yellow LEDs and the white ones.The picture shows it with my overhead lights off and the book light set to the medium brightness level.I have not used this with a book at all and I doubt I ever will. I do the majority of my book reading on tablets in the dark or in daylight with paper books.
