Title: I have dry pants now!
Review: Just received these and tried right away. First these are not as big as they look on the ad. This is a good thing. These are very soft and comfortable to wear I barely know I have it on. They work exactly as you would think. The pocket cradles your nuggets and the long pad protects from leakage no matter your size or position. I’m a paraplegic in a wheelchair so these staying in place is not a problem but active walking folks will need to use these with briefs to hold in place. I would highly recommend these. Dry and fresh smelling pants is well worth the money for these pads

Review: This unusual incontinence pad works quite well. Its stated capacity is accurate (4.7 oz). It’s comfortable and so far has prevented leaks when sleeping on my side. A modest drawback is drying time, a couple days at room temperate. I’ll buy a couple more.
