Review: The product worked well. It’s very handy.However.The pendant broke.I couldn’t find the manufacturer online. I’m good at finding things.The seller told me I had to buy a new set.I don’t like wasting plastic. I’m sure this item gets returned. Why not sell what works?Ever see the piles of so called recycled electronics high as a mountain?We’re all kooks about something.Just be prepared to buy a new set if anything goes wrong.

Title: Excellent alert for seniors.
Review: This is not a live response type of alert, however it is great for seniors to get in touch with family or medical assistants in the event they cannot get to a phone ect.Our aging mom has it to contact the family if she needs assistance of any kind.There is no service fee for using it. Only an app to install on devices for contacting help. We have one button in the shower and the other or her wrist. She has used it multiple times. Not just emergencies but general help as well.Excellent alternative to live monitored systems.
