Title: Product works well, but fit was an issue
Review: The product was easy to set up and use, and inserting it is as simple as using any earbuds. The amplification was good-to-adequate (depending on the situation). Better results in a quiet room where the sound level is increased by the device than in crowded situations (like restaurants). Overall, I rate it higher than the Sony CRE-E10 or the Bose Lexie B2 (both of which I tried).I liked the device and thought they were good value for the price point. Unfortunately, I simply could not get them to stay in my ears securely. The fit was just not right, and I will be returning them.

Title: Mixed experience
Review: First time using a hearing aid and wanted to see if this worked before eventually upgrading to more expensive model. This works extremely well; everything sounds clear and crisp. They are a bit bulky and uncomfortable, but not surprising given their size and for the price, I was very happy with it. But one of them stopping holding a charge after a couple of weeks. Customer service was adequate but frustrating. They did send out a replacement, but only after repeated calls in which I was asked to clean an essentially new hearing aid. No follow-up so I had to keep calling, speaking to a different rep every time, and the reps are not authorized to make decisions or even send out a mailing label.
