Title: Works perfectly for my needs
Review: I have been using this for my iPad attached to my nightstand for 20 days now and it’s perfect for my needs. I spend most of my waking hours sitting on my bed reading ebooks and watching videos and at night lying down doing the same so an iPad stand is essential for my lifestyle. This is my fourth one and by far the best. I’ve tried the goose-neck ones and eventually the wires in the neck break from a lot of adjusting rendering them useless. Then I tried one that adjusts the arms by hand turning the knobs and that failed after two months because no matter how hard I tightened the main knob the arm wouldn’t stay in position. This one adjusts perfectly and stays put throughout the dozen times I adjust it per day trying to get the perfect angle (that’s just me). It seems very sturdy so I hope it lasts for at least a year or longer.

Title: Best customer service
Review: In September 2024, I received the item I purchased, and it performed exceptionally well. However, the connecting arm between the bed and the arm broke. I promptly contacted customer service, and they promptly sent me a replacement. I am very satisfied with both the product and the customer service.

Title: Absolutely does NOT hold a kindle
Review: This is a nice, decently sturdy arm, HOWEVER a kindle paperwhite slides right on through the grips. I just happened to have a chunk of dense foam that I wedged in one side and it holds decently. I’ll use some contact cement later to make the foam stick permanently, but they flat out lied about it holding a kindle right out of the box. Nice quality arm, but misrepresenting what it holds.

Title: One of the best things
Review: This might be one of my most used items that I’ve bought in the last year. I have it attached to my bed rail and use it with my iPad so that I can do telehealth appointments from bed on bad pain days. I also use it to watch shows in bed and do FaceTime calls. Get it, you won’t regret it. I love that it is so adjustable and also not finicky, others I’ve tried couldn’t handle the weight of my iPad and wouldn’t stay where I wanted. I also love that it is magnetic, so I can use magnetic hooks to hang my earphones on it.

Title: Broken in less than 3 months
Review: Of course there’s only a 30 day return window – this snapped and fell onto my bed less than 3 months after purchase. The part that screws onto the bed frame literally snapped in half. It was only holding a kindle paperwhite so it wasn’t my device being too heavy. Cheap product with cheap results. 0/10.

Title: Doesn’t stay in place
Review: I love this concept, however once I put my kindle in the holder, as light as it is, it doesn’t stay in place. The whole arm moves down from the base. And when i try to fold it and lock it into place, the springs pull it back outward.It’s still usable but definitely not convenient as I have to fight with it to get it to hold in any specific position. Not happy with the quality but not worth the trouble of returning either.Update:Customer service reached out and sent a replacement but unfortunately the replacement has the same issue.I am updating my review from 2 stars to 3 because of their prompt service in shipping a replacement and their attention to the matter.

Title: Sturdy and easily adjustable
Review: Sturdy enough to support my 2lb Legion Go!This support’s helped a lot, and I highly recommend this arm if you’re stuck flat on your back or need to support a heavier item than your phone (but it can hold your phone, too.)

Title: Not very sturdy
Review: This is okay for my iPad but if it gets bumped it makes a loud noise and swings around loosely. It seems creaky all around, and you can’t really interact with the touch screen of the mounted device or it will pivot and shake the entire stand. Clamp is not great either.

Review: Ich habe lange nach einer Halterung gesucht, die auch mein Tablet mit seinen 22 cm Breite packen kann. Zwar fand ich keine brauchbaren Informationen dazu in der Produktbeschreibung aber in einer Rezension wurde ich dann fündig. Bestellt, geliefert, alles ganz fix.Ich vergebe 5 Sterne unter Vorbehalt, denn so wirklich überzeugt bin ich noch nicht von der Befestigung. So richtig wertig wirkt das erstmal nicht und hat auch ein bisschen Spiel und wenn ich die Position des Armes verändere, mache ich mir immer Sorgen, ob nicht etwas an der Halterung abbricht. Entsprechend vorsichtig werde ich damit in Zukunft umgehen. Wenn man aber erst mal die passende Position gefunden hat, dann hält alles recht fest. Zwar wackelt mein Tablet immer ein bisschen, wenn ich dann drauf rum tippe aber es ist auch nicht der Anspruch gewesen, dass ich eine rigide, bombenfeste Halterung für 21 Euro bekomme.Mein Samsung S10 passt quer auch in dieselbe Halterung. Es ist zwar noch eine zusätzliche Handyhalterung mitgeliefert aber warum wechseln, wenn es auch so einfach auszutauschen ist. Da ich mein Handy auch als Webcam verwende, bin ich über die Flexibilität, die mir der Schwenkarm bietet, wirklich froh und dass auch noch Clips für eine saubere Kabelführung dabei sind, fand ich (leicht autistisch) wirklich sehr angenehm.ALso für das Geld bekommt man das, was man erwarten kann und vielleicht sogar noch ein bisschen mehr aber eben auch keine Wunder. Bewährtes Konzept, hält stabil die Position und sieht insgesamt ganz gut wertig aus. Wer was Proaktisches sucht, sollte zugreifen.
