Title: Follow the size chart, for older women with issues
Review: They are so comfortable and warm. They are wide at the toes and the velcro, easy on easy off. If these shoes are actually going to be used by a older lady with hammer toe, or has feet or toenail issues follow the foot guide on the site. If they are going to be wore by a young person that basically wants a comfortable pair of shoes , get your normal shoe size.

Title: Comfortable feet with edema
Review: My wife has edema on her legs and could not fit any of her shoes on her feet. We received these adjustable but sturdy shoes and she was able to walk to her doctor’s office. Great shoes.

Title: Comfy & warm
Review: These are very comfy and warm. I didn’t think the inside of them were going to be so thick with a sherpa type lining or else I would have gotten a half a size bigger but im assuming they will “break in” after wearing them often. The velcro opening makes it super easy to get them on. Over all we really like these slippers. The rubber bottom also makes them feel very secure and supportive when walking.

Title: These slippers are perfect for anyone who has had foot surgery
Review: It seems that these slippers are very popular w/ppl who have disabilities; esp. wheel chair bound loved ones &/or those who aren’t able put shoes on for themselves. Yes; these slippers are perfect for those individuals however, I recently had surgery on the top part of my foot & had to wrap a roll of gauze around the area b/c of the stitches. The area is tender & a little swollen & I had a hard time putting on my regular slippers. I found these & just love them! They’re absolutely perfect b/c of the issues I’m currently experiencing but I’ll probably continue to wear them once my foot heals bc they’re so soft & comfortable. Although they are true to size, I did have to size up to accommodate the bandages.

Title: Soft and comfortable but too wide
Review: I need s soft show for walking and at home. This slipper is comfortable but it is too wide and does not support my ankle. I had to wrap duct tape around it to make it fit. The Velcro wrap does not tighten it enough,

Title: Great fit but some advice on sizing
Review: Ok so I bought these for my 96 yr old family member. I hate buying shoes online. She has med-large amounts of swelling so it really makes it difficult. She is a size 8 1/2 without swelling. I read all the reviews and decided to go with the 8 bc when I measured her foot it showed she would be a 7 so I sized up for the swelling and went with an 8. Her toes were touching the front, they were too tight. I was going to return them but I tried them on and they fit me perfectly. I fluctuate between shoe sizes 8-9 in different brands. I don’t have any swelling and it feels like you are walking on a cloud. The down side is that they definitely are not for longterm wearing out and about. The sole is hard, but not a heavy duty rubber. If just using around the house or doing minimum amounts of getting up and walking throughout the day, then these could last awhile. I decided not to reurn the size 8 and kept them for myself. I ordered a size 9 for my family member loves them. They keep her feet warm so she doesn’t have to wear socks which is good bc she kept getting the indent on her ankles, they fit perfectly and she can slide them on and off. Comfort- 5 stars, Easy to slip on and off- 5 stars, Sturdy-4 stars, sole quality- 2.5 stars. Hope this helps. So I agree with the posts that say go by your reg. Shoe size and if you have swelling go the next size up.

Title: DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY/ ALSO NOTED NO COMMENT TO ME BY THE SHOE COMPANY. Why?? They wrote others…
Review: First of all, the bottom line is that there are so many lousy features about this ball of loose garbage they call a slipper that you could take my word, save time and continue your search for this kind of slipper elsewhere. My review is honest. I’m also a Registered Nurse with 35 years experience (mostly Emergency Departments). I don’t have diabetes or edema, but I have severe peripheral neuropathy which likely was caused by standing on my feet for our 12 + hours a day I thought this slipper would work for me..So, my history revealed, I was looking for a slipper I could wear on my really bad days, but something a bit more substantial than a sock. From the looks of them they seemed promising, and let’s face it, wouldn’t cost me a fortune.I’m not caring about being stylish, I am in agony so much that they could look a lot worse than they do, and I’d wear them – if they were what they said they were. . I read the note about free returns, that they have to be returned in new and unused condition. Well, what if they have all of the following?First day, there were tags stitched to the INSIDE of the slipper which laid right over my 2nd and 3rd toes. I was being poked by it, and my husband saw the indentation of the label into the skin of my toes. We cut them out, it felt better. The shoe did have a tendency to make your foot travel to the outside, so you’re almost walking on the side of the slipper. I just kept trying to make it tighter, but it didn’t help. That night, the adults were watching TV and my daughter commented to me, “Mom! What…what did you do? Stomp on a bunny?” I had removed them and not noticed, but gobs of the fluff lining they used had come off the slippers and was on my feet, pants, some stuck to the carpet on the floor. This stuff is everywhere in my house now, I’m still collecting it. A peek inside the shoe revealed that this slipper lining is not secured inside the slipper, but merely stuffed in there. Not only that, but the heel seam was gaping wide open, and you could clearly see someone missed sewing the edges of them together. They were literally disintegrating by the minute. So, with all these hazards, and let’s face it, to a vulnerable diabetic, cardiac public not to mention patients with neuropathy, this is a disaster waiting to happen. I feel strongly committed to warn you away from this brand. The workmanship is laughable, dangerous, and I feel ripped off which makes me angry. I trust in Amazon to reevaluate these particular vendors. Amazon is too fine a company to be to be linked with the makers of this trash. So, now what? I just got swindled because they will only accept “new and unused” product back? POPPYCOCK!

Review: I really like these and bought a second pair. It was hard to get my size and what was in my size was a horrific price. I managed to get my pairs for a good price. They are soft and comfortable, easy to get on and accommodate foot and ankle swelling.
