Title: Great for advanced macular degeneration patients
Review: This is by far the best magnifying glass I have found on Amazon too combat my macular degeneration in both eyes. It is large enough to cover the nice portion of what you are reading and bright enough to let you read it. The three different lights are nice. The disadvantages you have to remember to completely shut it down each time you use it are you will be going through a lot of batteries. Just ordered a second one of these because I find it to be so superior to the others that I have purchased.

Title: Great handheld or stand alone magnifying glass
Review: This is a great lightweight magnifying glass for on the go or at home. Can be held in hand and also stands up. Has 2 LED brightness for aiding one’s ability to see what is being magnified which is great bec those of us that are seniors know as we age we need more light on items to see them better. Keep in mind their suggestion to only be 2-3 inches away from the item your are magnifying and it works really well. If you get to high then distortion occurs. Fine print is so much easier to read. A good selection for the money.

Review: This is a good item. The one thing I don’t like is it will not lay flat on a table. The handle is built to prevent this. Otherwise, it is good. It does do the trick when you need to see small print.

Title: Great Product, – May reorder another one
Review: I have dry Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD) that causes the loss of my central vision in both eyes. As of November 2020, my vision has significantly worsened – I have progressed from needing a dozen of low-power magnifying glasses to needing higher power, lighted magnifiers from the local Society for the Blind. These glasses worked reasonably well (one small magnifier that I can use to see small objects and a larger one that rested on the paper that I slide on the page to read). However what I really needed was a larger magnifying glass that was lighted (uniformly across the field of vision), a larger field of view to capture a major portion of a sentence, and a larger magnification that I could see the text well enough to guess the context of the sentence.I tried several magnifying glasses on Amazon and liked them well enough to not return them. Then I found the ManiPro Magnifying Glass at Amazon and purchased it on Feb 2, 2021. I have been using it for a month and I really like it. I still use my whole group of magnifiers, depending on what I am trying to see, but my magnifier of choice is always the ManiPro Magnifying Glass. I liked it well enough to consider reordering it. I have found all its claims are correct. Plus one set of batteries lasted me 5 weeks, which I think is great.

Title: Great Item For A Relatively Inexpensive Price!
Review: Although it’s size does not make it suited for discreet use (e.g. reading menus in dimly lit restaurants, etc.) as it would not fit in a man’s jacket pocket nor woman’s purse, it’s perfect for at-home use for reading everything from the small print on Rx bottles to recipes, assembly instructions for DIY projects, instruction manuals for appliances &/or electronics, & even those paperback novels you’ve been putting off reading because you just can’t seem to see as well as you used to (as in my own case 😉).It’s lightweight, easy to hold, & has 2 brightness level settings; & it has a good size lens which allows for a relatively good-size viewing field. Definitely a worthwhile investment, indeed! 😊

Title: Not worth full price
Review: It’s unfortunately really cheaply made, by today’s standards. Very lightweight and not well put together. The light is not very bright, the LED seemed cut out of a light strip and then glued onto the device, and the UV light didn’t turn on at all. I can’t speak to the battery life or usage as I wasn’t able to use it for what I got it for.

Review: This magnifying glass is absolutely perfect! It’s got a good size area to look/read through. It’s easy to hold. The magnification is crystal clear. The light makes it even clearer.I bought it for my great uncle who is 87 as a gift and he is very impressed with it. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay, but totally worth it. It made his life a lot easier.

Review: Purchased this for my 93 yr mother. She was having difficulty reading cooking instructions on food packages and small print in magazines. This has helped a lot. It would be handy to have an attachment that could enable it to be used hands free on occasions, to be able to write such things as cheques, but still be able to use handheld.
