Title: This glass is the one you want
Review: I wanted a magnifying glass that I could pick up, use quick and set back down without having to wear cheaters. So the weight isn’t an issue, and it’s led light is really bright. So, I picked this one over the others for it’s simplicity. It has one on/off switch and that’s it. Who would want all those annoying unnecessary features such as dimmer settings, lens stacking and color selection? Not me!

Title: Just what I needed
Review: I’m so glad I bought this! I’ve hesitated for months because of the negative reviews but finally decided to take a chance. Now that I have it, I don’t understand any of the negativity. I do a lot of paint-by-numbers that have multiple small areas that are difficult to paint. Sometimes it’s impossible to read the paint numbers on the canvas because they’re so small. I tried jewelers’ glasses but they weren’t comfortable since I had to have my face about 2 inches from the canvas before the print was clear, causing unbearable neck pain. This magnifying glass is perfect. The glass needs to be close to the canvas – not my eyes. Some reviewers don’t believe this is 10x the magnification- they say it’s only 4x. I totally disagree. I have glasses that are 4x the magnification, and the print isn’t even close to being as big as it is with this magnifying glass. In fact, this glass shows me just how much of any given area I’m missing when I paint. I’m really impressed with the magnitude, and the light is a welcome bonus. I can paint at night without having the overhead lights on. I can see the numbers so well, I grabbed a prescription bottle and was amazed at how big and illuminated the print on the bottle is. No more straining – like with my reading glasses – to read the fine print. It’s such a pleasure not having to squint. I highly recommend this magnifying glass for anyone who does fine, detail work or struggles reading prescription bottles, warranty information, serial and model numbers on electronics, appliances, etc. Using this magnifying glass will make your life so much easier. I wish I’d bought this months ago.

Review: Light is good as it makes removing a thorn after gardening so much easier. Also very handy for identifying almost identical jigsaw pieces. With this magnifier I can actually read the miniscule print on some packaging or instructions and of course threading a very fine needle is not a problem. All in all a very useful item.
