Title: Good, economical optics
Review: Clear lenses, comfortable for extended work times, ease of switching lenses. I use this for fine-sorting some archaeological material. After several years of using strong dime-store reading glasses for the tasks, this was a welcome relief! (I’m sure professional/expensive glass jewelry lenses would be better, but I find these work fine for the non-professional). I haven’t used the light feature much, but it seems to be well made and positioned. My only comment is you have to fiddle a bit with the angle of the lens (they flip up) to get the right position for your eyesight, but once you figure that out, you almost automatically adjust to that position any time they get pushed up or down. The stacking lens feature is also helpful when you momentarily need a stronger lens.I would definitely recommend for fine work to lift the strain off of your eyes.

Title: Almost perfect, see pics
Review: If you are doing any kind of work that requires close up viewing, you need a pair of this style of glasses. I have been using these types of glasses for years, but they were limited to two focal magnifications. I found these glasses with 5 interchangeable lenses, a light with two brightnesses and an extra high strength “flip down” lens. I just got them in, opened the package a started playing with them. The headband adjustment is amazingly simple to operate, so you can fine tune it to your head and comfort level. The lenses come in a great storage box with a marked lid for quick identification. The lenses can be installed/removed while the headset is in place so you can adjust vision on the fly. The lens holder can be slid forward/backward to dial in your focal length. This comes in very handy when you are working at a fixed distance from your work, so you will have less head movement. The lenses can be flipped forward, but only when one lens is installed in the front holder. The light is “USB” rechargeable which goes fast for a quick turnaround. The brightness of the light is good, a little brighter would be nice, but it works well. My only issue is the “flip down” lens, it is “right-eye” dominant ONLY, not everyone is. As you can see by the pictures, I don’t have a right eye, so this option is useless to me. On my 20-year-old pair the lens can be swapped side to side, so it would have been nice to have here. All in all, this is a great tool to have on your work bench, I am sure I will get another 20 years out of this set.

Title: Multi-functional! Easy to use!
Review: My cousin has had eyesight issues for years. Unable to hold a book AND magnifying glass simultaneously, my husband suggested, ‘Why not a jewelers headband with a light?’ I perused the items listed and noted that this headband had everything my cousin would need-and then some-to help him read everyday items.Prior to ordering, I suggest any potential customers measure the circumference of your head to insure the proper fit. In the description for this item, there’s a suggestion of 20 inches-25.5 inches for best fit. My cousin’s head circumference was 23 inches. If you don’t own a seamstress measuring tape, there are other ways to measure your head: Yarn/string: Do NOT pull or stretch the yarn/string. This will give an inaccurate measurement; Paper: You can always make strips of paper with measurements in inches written on it. Or, after wrapping the strip around your head, measure using a ruler or yard stick the length of the paper. No matter what, measuring first will insure that this headset will fit appropriately.Words my cousin used to describe this item (which he received yesterday): Comfortable; adjustable; not heavy; hands-free; adjustable light from dim to bright. While he’s only utilizing one lens set to start with, he appreciates the ability to adjust the lenses to magnify as needed; cloth for cleaning the lenses; all items fit neatly in the storage, not loose. My cousin also appreciated the free magnifying lens that came with this headset as a bonus. He uses a magnifying glass to check on expiration dates on items at the grocery store. Recently, he misplaced his regular magnifier, which was bulky and heavy. He was thrilled with this bonus lens as it’s small enough to fit in his pocket. Also grateful that this item came already charged! Gave my cousin the opportunity to try out the entire ensemble to insure he was happy with the product. The only qualm for him with this item was the inability to charge it. He lives quite simply. He’s not tech savvy, therefore doesn’t have anywhere to put the USB for charging. I was skeptical when ordering this item as I didn’t see a separate plug-in for the USB so it could go into a wall outlet to charge.Just to be clear, if you have an updated home with wall outlets that come with a USB already in your outlet, or you have a separate plug-in with a USB so you can charge items, you’re good to go for charging. Otherwise, although this comes with a charging cable, this item does NOT come with any additional way for you to plug this in to charge! My cousin LOVES this headset! Due to a childhood injury, his eyesight in one eye has been diminished. His eyesight didn’t really start to become problematic until about 15 years ago when he started using a handheld magnifying glass. After an accident 7 years ago when he injured himself badly doing hurricane clean-up around his home, he’s been unable to hold a magnifying glass AND a book. This headband, with all of it’s bells and whistles, was just the thing he needed to enjoy reading his magazines and Bible. He said that he’ll probably be able to use this for the rest of his life!

Title: Great device for working on small things like watches
Review: I collect watches and occasionally need to change straps or make other small adjustments. I do not work on the watches themselves as I don’t have this skill. For what I do, and I imagine for even more technical tasks, this Magnifier does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Gives you multiple choices of magnification, which is very necessary for watches, fits very nicely and snuggly, is comfortable and has a light on it so you can see clearly what you were working on.

Review: Good product for the money. This is my second pair. They are the only brand that I found this comfortable, and I have been modeling for over 20 years.

Title: Open box, used item sold as new
Review: Open box item sold as new. The item itself OK. Feels a bit bulky, one might want to try slimmer variation that fits as regular glasses.
