Review: Button gets pressed too easily in my handbag, turns on using up battery unnecessarily.

Title: Better than a magnifying glass
Review: They make it a point to compare it to a credit card. And I suppose one could force it into a wallet or something. But the reality is that although the length and width dimensions are credit card sized, they depth is more like 7 or 8 stacked credit cards. You aren’t just slipping this in unnoticed in anything but the largest of purses or something. But it does blow things up. It has a smaller circular section that blows things up even more. And you can easily move it closer and further from the page to control how much it magnifies something. In other words, it works like a rectangular magnifying glass without the handle.Really, though, the neat trick is the fact that it uses a watch battery and has a built-in light. Much appreciated! So, I love it and have no regrets with this one at all.

Title: Love it
Review: This is the third one of these that I have acquired, along with dozens of other large and small magnifiers. I carry one of these everywhere now as it is so functional. Makes easy work of reading those fine print labels in the grocery store, or the restaurant menus in low light conditions, or those ulta small instructions that are provided with many products. Absolutely love the size, convenience and functionality of this device.

Title: Works great, well built, uses two less common batteries.
Review: For quality and utility I rate it 5 stars. The two magnifiers are sharp, the light works well. Construction is excellent and it comes with a vinyl slip case. I was not pleased to find it takes two CR2016 batteries which are not common, I had to buy some. While they were on order, I tried a single CR2032 battery, and surprise, a single CR2032 works fine. So, I am happy, but wish I knew I could use a CR2032 before I ordered replacements.

Review: I give this 5 stars because it may not be an item that screams quality, far from it, but it’s great value for the price. It comes in a simple box and has a little black plastic sleeve for storage. The magnifier itself is just a little bit bigger than a credit card and just under a cm thick. It is made from silver plastic and looks and feels cheap BUT works perfectly. It has a swing out opening for the cell battery which is included already and then a simple press button to switch the light on and off. The main part of the magnifying glass is x3 and there is a smaller circular section which is x6.Perfect to keep in a pocket or a handbag or sewing box etc for when needed. If you’ve reached the age where your eyes just aren’t as sharp as they once were, then you know how handy something like this can be !!!

Review: This is a handy little magnifying glass that for a few quid is worth just keeping in a drawer close by for those fiddly little jobs or those tiny instruction manuals that are all too often supplied nowadays.Yes it’s not top quality but at the price range you can’t expect that. This does though just what you would expect and what you need. There are 2 magnification grades, 3x and 6x through the small circular bottom section. This takes 2 large watch batteries to power the light and if only used sparingly should last for years. This is a great little inexpensive unit that comes in very handyHighly recommended

Review: This 3 and 6 times magnifying glass with a light is very helpful because I have been finding it hard to read the tiny print on the side of some packets. It is not expensive and it is small and lightweight enough to carry around in a bag or a pocket. The leather case it comes with prevents scratches on the glass.

Review: This is a bit of a toy really, cheapish plastic with a sprayed silver paint finish, its credit card width and height but its very thick, won’t be fitting in any wallets! The lenses work OK, just made of plastic and only light magnification but enough to bring pretty much any small label print into sight. It comes with a little protective sleeve which is good. Also batteries are already fitted. There is a recessed switch to activate the single, but bright LED lamp.Price is currently 6 quid, not sure I would go there due to the level of use I will get out of it, it will probably sit somewhere in the house for odd use, not really easy to carry in a pocket as its too thick.

Review: This is a handy little magnifying glass that you can carry with you anywhere. It’s very plasticky and the quality doesn’t feel that great but it’s okay. The ‘glass’ is plastic which is fine but it’s not as nice as real glass. The light on/off feels a bit cheap and I’m not sure how long it will last.It takes 2 x CR2016 (supplied) and they are easy to change. The light is very bright so try not to shine it in your eyes. You also get a PU leather pouch to keep the magnifyer in.Overall this is a useful magnifyer to keep in a handbag or pocket, but it won’t fit in a wallet. I’m not sure how long it will last or how much abuse it can take, but for the price it’s pretty good.
