Title: Excellent work station
Review: I was very impressed! Buying online can be a crapshoot and until you have the product in-hand, you don’t know if you will be happy with it. I was anxious that this item might be cheap, flimsy and not what I need for my close up soldering. First of all, the documentation, although brief, was well written and the english was all grammatically correct. wonder of wonders! All the instructions were very clear. The light is very bright and the control switch is clearly labeled. The lense is very well made and quite clear with good optics. There is no edge distortion that you find in many cheap lenses. The base is a pretty heavy metal and has a non-skid cushion pad glued to the bottom. I can’t see accidently moving it while in use unless I am very clumsy! The flexible arms for holding the work are also very well made and hold their position without any slippage or “relaxation” when adjusted. The arms stick to the base with magnets which are strong enough to avoid being accidently detached, yet can easily be relocated to anywhere on the base if needed. The work holding clamps can be rotated 360 degrees and tightened in place with thumb screws. There is a separate clamp to hold the light so if you need to use the light separate from the base or position it farther away you can do that. Normally I don’t write a review except to warn folks off a bad product. In most cases I don’t write a review if I am satisfied. In this instance, I think the excellent work and quality they put into this product is worth mentioning! Attaboy to the design and manufacturing team on this!

Review: I saw a lot of these products online before I bought this one. Sometimes it seems like a guess to know who actually has a good product or knock-off. This one works just as expected. The base is heavy, never tips. I don’t use the table attachment so I can’t speak much for that. The magnets for the clips are suprisingly strong – my kids luckily don’t mess with them because they find them hard to move. The light is good, and the intensity / color adjustments are helpful. I don’t usually use the 10x window, but the 5x helps so much both with building and painting. Maybe i’m just getting older, but this makes it so much more comfortable to build that I almost don’t want to build or paint without it anymore.Overall, it’s a good product. It’s not one of the cheap knock-off brands. I would buy it again if I needed one – or if my kids keep hogging mine.

Title: Very nice magnifying glass light
Review: This was worth the money! Bought this for a family member who is losing their eyesight. They RAVE about it and thank me all the time for this lamp. They use it to paint miniature figures, read and anything they need magnified with light. The lamp is VERY sturdy, on the weighted stand, easy to adjust and the clips are valuable to hold what they are working on. One of my best purchases this year.

Title: Bigger than I expected
Review: So this thing is pretty big. The base isn’t so huge that I can’t find a place to put it but the magnifying glass is big enough to easily use both eyes except for the little “bifocal” part. The light is nice too. Varying brightness and color (not colored lights but you can adjust it from red(ish) to more of a blue light I guess for whatever is comfortable for you. The 4 clips and arms will hold a PCB pretty solid so you can work on it. The arms are magnetic and strong magnets at that. They hold onto the base well. It works good and I’m satisfied with it.

Review: Overall a good product…The magnifying was clear and not distorted with good adj lighting & arm positioning. The added magnetic holders work well on the base. The cost was a little more than I wanted to spend, but so far it looks like a good buy if it holds up over time.

Title: Awesome!
Review: I’m wondering why I waited so long to get this. I’m a bit older now but I paint and detail model cars. Before I got this I was really straining my eyes to see what I was doing. This thing makes working on them so much easier. The base is nice and heavy so it won’t tip over and does include a clamp if you want to use it. The included clamps are perfect for holding the small parts and they have a nice magnetic base that really holds them in place. The fact it has 3 diffrent light colors and different brightness settings makes getting just the right light easy. It has a GLASS lens and not plastic. It’s a nice heavy duty unit that works.

Review: A large and easy-to-use magnifying glass. The little arms are well made but the magnets used to attach to the base are not the strongest, but also pretty easy to replace with more powerful magnets.
