Title: Nice but kind of heavy. Still recommend for detail work.
Review: These work really well but are not very comfortable on the nose. Actually they kinda hurt especially with extended wear. I bought them to help see detail doing nail art and they are effective! My only issue is the one previously mentioned. The lights are very helpful. It charges fast and will last me thru 2 sessions (hours each) with ease. They are well built and easy to operate. The ear pieces are all but useless, but the head strap is effective. They are too heavy to stay on the face without a strap. The lenses offer excellent clarity and come in multiple magnification.

Title: very helpful for closeup work
Review: If you need to do some serious closeup work this is the thing to get. Comes with multiple magnification options, a light, and a head strap. It is not designed so that you can stay at a distance from the object and see it closeup, rather you need to be quite close to the object in order to focus. The image is clear and sharp, but you have to be really close. This is a lot easier to use vs a “Helping Hands” because when you move your head the lens goes with you. I really should try both at the same time LOL – I wonder if the magnification will multiply, or if it will just become impossible to focus.

Title: Not a good fit for me
Review: I like the ideal there’s different lens to use but the glasses are way too heavy. They slide down my nose. I put a piece of cotton across my nose to maybe stop them but they kept sliding down to the end. Also they charge fairly quickly but they run out of power fast. I used them off/on for a few hours, maybe. Total of an hour and they had to be charged again. So if you need to do some close up work for longer than an hour, these won’t last. Also you’ll have a headache from the heavy weight pressing on your nose.

Title: Easy to use as a visual aid
Review: Easy to use. I purchased these to remove sutures from myself! Don’t jump to conclusions, I’m a nurse and at age 70 my eyes aren’t what they used to be. I found these easy to use but, these magnifiers are better to use with the included, adjustable headband. Using the (included) ‘arm pieces’ aren’t as easy because they slide when one is looking down at the job at hand. I really like that there a several different strengths of lenses. If you require a stronger or weaker lens the existing lens is easy to remove and replace with the correct lens. The included storage box is handy. I have used these many times for close-up work in my garage too.
