Title: I’ve been using these Fit Right Activ Edge Guards of my husbands…..
Review: I was pleasantly surprised to find that if positioned just right they hold a goodly amount of urine.I basically use them as a “booster” pad on top of a larger bottom pad. What is unique about them is that they have an edge to them that prevents the urine from spilling over onto the panties or onto the bottom pad.

Title: More comfortable than other brands.
Review: Due to medicine I am taking, it is necessary for me to use these for minor “leaks.” This brand is large enough to do a good job, as well as a more comfortable fit than anything else this size I have used. I am very happy with it. I am a large man (325 lbs.), and these fit me great.

Title: Perfect fit
Review: After trying different sizes of several brands, I discovered this Medline Fitright, which lives up to its name. It is also constructed well to absorb and retain liquid even while exercising.

Title: Re designed
Review: This is my second review of this product. As mentioned before the problem is the adhesive does not to the end and there is an inch (I measured) from end to adhesive. Before redesign, they were good so I ordered a case (208). I didn’t realize the problem until my husband told me they were folding over and sticking to his hair and skin. I am 79 and my husband is 87, neither of us can lift the box to get place to return it. I didn’t want to waste them due to the cost so I bought old fashioned safety pins and each time I do laundry, I pin each guard in place. When removing to dispose of guard, he has to unpin wet guard to dispose of it. Even if I through them away, I would have to search for another brand that had adhesive to the end. I am almost done with this case, and will never buy again. I did notify Medline, never heard back. I did find another brand and I am trying it out.

Title: Terrible
Review: Used these for approximately a year. They were great and did all that they were supposed to do. We reordered the dame product and this time, they were completely different – material, size, and performance. These are terrible, uncomfortable, a different size, and fall apart. Why do companies take something good and make it awful?

Title: Lesser known alternative was better for me
Review: I liked these guards better than the Depends brand. They are easier to conform to underwear curve since there is less of an elastic ruffle/seam on the edge. The softer edge felt better against the legs and groin area. Just as absorbent and leak-free as Depends in my experience. They also felt less sweaty during wear…a problem since I am prone to getting a rash if too much moisture is in the region…so change early and often. Will stick with these until I go dry…after prostate removal. Only drawback is a little more adhesive would make them stick to underwear better, but a minor issue.
