Title: E-Ink it is..
Review: I had many e-book readers including many Kindles and tablets like Kindle Fire. I wanted light, e-ink not LCD, color and android OS so I can access books outside Amazon. Pocketbook was a contender but it was like $100 more and not so cute. Yes, there are ghosting, flickering, delay, but not any more than Kindle e-inks. If they bother you, should consider LCD with blue light blocking glasses…Two cons: 1) battery life per charge is not so great. It says 60 hours which is not good to begin with, but when I first played around with the setting the battery drained faster. Now it stabilized so is close to 60 hours. 2) at first google play did not let me log in or access my account that the device is not secure or certified..? I had to google it ;( and troubleshoot myself. It took a couple hours of waiting and then it opened up..Still 5 starts as I had the right level of expectations.

Title: Great little eReader.
Review: This is an eInk eReader, so it is not fast like a tablet. That said, as a reader, it is great. I download my favorite reader as it organizes my books better than the default reader. Then I put in a micro SD card and loaded my books to the card. They all show up and work great. The text is easy on the eyes, it is readable in sunlight, and the battery lasts a long time.If you need an eInk reader then you can’t go wrong with this.

Title: Not worth buying at any price.
Review: This would have been a 3.5 rounded to 4. But the os is Android 11 and google services won’t play. No google play, no Android playstore. Very limiting and surprising (not in a good way) for a 2024 model device. Great screen though…

Title: Love the Color Book Covers and Android Apps, but very slow
Review: FYI, this is a device primarily good for reading, it’s not appropriate for watching videos or playing games. CON: 1) I wouldn’t recommend it to someone inexperienced with e-readers because it doesn’t come with instructions and the start up instructions are in Chinese or other Asian character language. I had to figure a lot of stuff out on my own. 2). It had a lot of flickering and ghosting, but I decreased that by choosing different refresh times and don’t have much at all when reading within a book now. Flickering and ghosting is still pretty heavy while navigating options in the apps (i.e. scrolling through your list of books), but that doesn’t bother me, so long as it’s not flickering and ghosting a lot while I’m reading a book. 3). It’s so slow to boot up and slow to open apps. It was also slow to turn pages in books until I figured out how to turn animated page turn off and now my pages turn much faster. (But compared to my Kindle Paperwhite it’s still way slower). PRO: 1) Color book covers, finally Yay! 2) Able to use all my book apps on one device, Kindle, Nook, Book Funnel, Cloud Library, Libby, Hoopla, Pocketbook, etc. because of the built in Google Play Store, and I can read books I have saved on my microSD card. 3) Price is way cheaper than other similar devices. OVERALL: I like it okay… after I was able to figure out the best settings to eliminate so much ghosting while reading a book (which is why I gave it 3 stars). It’s great to have one device I can carry with all my books from whatever source, so I love it for that. And of course, I love it for being able to see my book covers in color. So it meets my needs for now, even though I eventually may wanna save up to get the Boox Go Color 7 for a speedier device that does the same thing as the Meebook M6C.

Title: Totally waste money
Review: I seldom made a negative comment, but about this item, I must share my experience: The product description is completely different from the actual screen display. The screen is very dim and has noticeable flickering. In contrast, the screen shown on product’s main page is extremely clear. Also, the method the seller mentioned for transferring books via Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. I believe the product description is highly misleading.
