Title: Best Reader’s on the market
Review: Best “readers” on the market for people with large heads…like me. Extremely well made, and wide enough to not touch the sides of my head. Very comfortable. Yes, more expensive than the “throw-away readers” from Dollar Tree, and about same as a 3-pack from Walmart…but these are worth it. I won’t buy anything else.

Title: Good quality
Review: Seem durable. Larger frame that fits and looks good on my larger face. A lot better quality than I was getting from the big box store. These are noticeably heavier than what i’m used to, but that’s from the larger frame and better quality build. Not to heavy, it just took a couple days to get used to the differance.

Title: Good fit for a wide face
Review: Normally, generic reading glasses don’t fit my wide face. These fit well (partially width and partially spring hinges that open past 90 degrees). They are metal frames so I think they will tolerate some accidental abuse. They tend to slide down my nose pretty quickly, but I’m trying to pinch the nose pieces to get them tighter without being uncomfortable. Would buy them again.

Title: Very high quality! Perfect fit!
Review: Following my cataract surgery, my ophthalmologist recommended that I get a pair of 2.50 reading glasses to accompany the bifocal glasses that he prescribed, since I do a lot of reading. I first bought a pair of reading glasses from Walmart. They were OK at first, but after a few weeks, there was some discomfort since the temple pieces were pressing against the sides of the head and left marks after removal.I went to an optical shop where the fit of the glasses was much better, but the glasses were quite expensive for my taste. So I checked around for a reasonably priced pair of larger frame glasses. The VWE glasses sold by Amazon was the best pair that I could find after my extensive research, so I purchased it, knowing that I could return the glasses to Amazon if the fit was uncomfortable.I was not disappointed! The glasses fit very comfortably, and the frame was wide enough so that there was no more pressing against my temples. I noted that the glasses felt very sturdy and the adjustable nose pads were a big plus. I’m glad that VWE made this large frame glasses available to the public!

Title: Incredible Off the Shelf Value
Review: I recently had cataract surgery and must now use reading glasses. I’ve experimented with a dozen pair as they’re relatively cheap. These are the most comfortable and accurate correction I’ve purchased. All claimed to be 2.75 correction but there’sa huge difference in quality. These are great.

Title: UPDATED TO ONE STAR. PROBLEM AND SELLER NOT RESPONDING
Review: UPDATE 9/29/2022I recently bought a new pair of these after I had such good luck with my old ones I reviewed below. I eventually broke them and ordered a new pair. The temple piece is just about to fall off the new pair I received. I contacted the seller but never got a response. So I went through the Amazon system to report the defective item and automatically get a replacement. The replacement was supposed to be delivered today but the seller hasn’t even shipped it yet. I may have to look for an alternative now if I don’t get some sort of resolution soon. Disappointed, because as you can see from my original review I really liked them. I was willing to chuck it up to just a random defect, but if they aren’t going to response or ship the replacement then this is what we are left with. I’ll update if and when they do something.UPDATE April 2021: Having these for a while I still like them. I like them more than my very expensive Rx glasses. In fact, I rarely wear those any longer. I’ve dropped these, had them skid across a hard floor, dropped on concrete (once a lens popped out and I popped it right back in), and to this date, I only have very minor scratches. These have been way more durable than the expensive Rx glasses in the past. I think I’m going to order another pair and keep these for just working on projects in the garage since I finally managed to scratch them a bit. But what would you rather do, replace a $400 pair of Rx glasses when they get scratched, or replace a pair of $25 glasses. I stand by more original review below. Still a great value I believe.I’ve had a number of prescription glasses. I can’t see anything clearly in the first 3 feet from me, so I had progressives for computer work – keyboard to screen clarity. I always had a very limited selection because I need a larger frame being 6’2″. Also for some reason ALL of my $400 RX glasses scratch like crazy (even with the additional purchased scratch protection that’s only good for a year before you have to buy another pair). Additionally, on my latest RX pair they insisted for computer work I HAD to get the blue blocker on them. I didn’t want that because I edit video and photos on calibrated monitors and the blue blockers alter the colors. But of course they put in on anyway and not I can’t use them when doing that work, so I started looking from some “cheaters” like these. All of the ones I could find in the local stores were too small, but I did find a magnification power that way that worked for me. Then I came and found these on Amazon. I really like them. If I could wish for anything it would be for an anti-glare coating as I sometimes get light reflections off my face on the back side of the lens. It’s a minor thing. But more importantly, these things are way harder to scratch than my expensive RX ones. I’ve not been kind to these and I still don’t have any scratches. Go figure. Also important is if you are a larger man with a bigger head, you know the trouble finding a pair not too small for your face and these fit nicely. Don’t look like you’re wearing children’s glasses with these. I’ll definitely buy another pair of these should I ever need another. Especially if they start offering it with anti-glare coatings.

Title: They fit my head! I can see!
Review: Nice readers to fit my big head. Cheap enough to buy a few pair and have half a chance of finding a pair, or as the univers can be weird, find all of them in one spot.
