Title: Be careful choosing the correct size!
Review: Do not rely on reviewers here for the correct size. Two reviewers posted that they had a 32″ waist and that they tested and measured the material and stated that the 3X to 4X was the perfect size for them. HOGWASH! I purchased one for my older brother who unfortunately had a stroke and is incontinent. His waist is 32″ and the 3X was NOT tight enough. The first night the loose underwear allowed the external catheter to slip off and leak. I am re-ordering a size Large (29 to 32″). I believe this is the best option out there for a male external catheter, but it requires the proper snug fit in order to work. Fingers crossed I don’t waste another $99.00!

Title: keep a close eye on it
Review: do not think you can put this on then forget it. you have to monitor it constantly. be careful when it’s time to empty the bag. it has a pull down release and you can’t get your hand out of the way quick enough. it does a pretty good job of containing the pee but you must monitor the connections or you’re going to have pee running down your leg. be very, very careful when sitting. this has leaked on me three times, all while sitting. i have ordered a smaller size. maybe a snugger fit will help? now it’s leaked on me for the 4th time. you just can’t sit in this thing! what’s the point? absolute worst purchase i’ve ever made on amazon!

Review: 価格と見た目のインパクトが凄いのですが、よくよく見てみると尿カテーテルを挿入しなくてもすむ物理的に優れた商品なのではないかと試させていただきました。パンツと一体型なので毎日は無理ですが、普段より長時間トイレにいけない日などに安心です。装着している時に意外と出さないことも多いので、結構気休めにもなっているようです。慣れたら違和感も不快ではないと言っておりますし、漏れてしまう時には尿パットでは無理なくらい、かといってオムツは消耗品として高くズボンの見た目的にも本人も嫌がるので。高価なので尿バッグのみのオプションがあれば使い勝手が増しますね。
