Title: Best on the market
Review: After prostate surgery, several brands were tried and rejected. They accomodate the larger pads required initially after surgery without issue and with minimal bulk. After a few weeks they work great, either solo or with slimmer pads.At this point without pads they are the most comfortable underwear of there kind.I give these a 5 star rating due to comfort and fit, and bought an additional order for convenience.

Title: Hopeful + Washing Instructions
Review: * Update #2 – I am changing the rating from 5 to 3 stars. The absorbent padding and construction around the padding is superior to other brands available on Amazon. That said, the brief is constructed of t-shirt material with no stretch and relaxes to the point of ineffectiveness during the day. We did not expose these to the dryer to prevent damage to the fabric and pad, so this is not a case of mishandling causing this issue. If the short portion was made out of a spandex technical fabric we would own many pair of these, as it is, they allow leaks and are ineffective.* Update #1 – he likes them but they are a bit loose around the legs which results in the occasional leak. A size chart would be helpful. He wears a 34″ waist pant and we ordered the Medium. I am going to re-order in small and see if they fit a bit better without being too tight. The construction of these is superior to others we have ordered. The absorbent area is well constructed and not as bulky as others,ORIGINAL REVIEW – – – -I just received them and will update the review with real world feedback.They came promptly and seem to be well constructed. I inspected all the seams and everything looked good.For those like me who came back to search for washing instructions (decoding of the symbols), here it is.The washing instructions:1. Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) – Use a gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water.2. Do not bleach – Avoid using chlorine or other bleaching agents.3. Do not iron – Ironing could damage the fabric or print.4. Do not dry clean – Avoid commercial dry cleaning.5. Tumble dry on low heat – If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting.To preserve the longevity of the fabric (95% cotton, 5% spandex), you might also consider air drying instead of using the dryer.

Title: They work beautifully without calling attention to yourself.
Review: This is a very comfortable and useful product. After undergoing prostate surgery, these things are essential to assist in feeling normal afterwards. They are well constructed and keep you feeling dry for a very long time. They absolutely look and feel like regular underwear.

Review: Recently had prostate surgery and wanted some regular style underwear with protection in case I experienced leaking or bladder control issues. Thankfully, the control issues turned out to be minimal. Having said that, these underwear did the job better than I was expecting.They fit great, didn’t feel any different than my usual boxers and they did seem to absorb anything that did end up leaking. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I’m actually going to order more even though I may not need them at the moment.

Review: Unfortunately these do not fit. They are comfortable and would work well, but my husband wears a 32” pant and the medium is too big. As soon as there’s any weight from his dribbles, they start to fall down! Too bad they don’t come in a Small.
