Title: Finally, Reading Glasses That Don’t Make You Look Like You’re About to Yell at Clouds
Review: I have apparently stumbled into the hobby of collecting reading glasses, and every pair before these has been the same: solid black, thick, heavy, and aggressively ugly. These are the first stylish ones in my growing collection. Lightweight frames, a little color, some personality. My aging eyes appreciate the effort.Now, a word of warning: these are reading glasses. They will not help you determine whether that shape on your lawn is a cat, a kid, or the garden hose you forgot to roll up. Close up? Crystal clear. Everything else? That’s between you and your optometrist.I went with 1.5x, which at mid-fifties seems to be the sweet spot. Worth knowing: the higher the magnification number, the closer you’ll need to hold things to your face. Factor that in when ordering.Build quality is solid for plastic frames. They feel well made, not cheap or flimsy.I have what can generously be described as a large head. Hat shopping is basically a contact sport for me. I was genuinely concerned these wouldn’t fit, but the spring hinges handle it without complaint. No pinching, no squeezing, no dignity lost. Great fit.The anti-blue light and UV blocking are solid bonuses. If you’re on your phone before bed, and we all are, these are worth slipping on. Less blue light means better sleep.At around $17 for three pairs with UV and blue light blocking in actually stylish frames, the value here is pretty hard to argue with. One for every room you’re likely to need them. Because you will need them in every room.

Title: I like the Costco ones better
Review: These are adequate reading glasses but not as good as the ones I’ve found at Costco. The plastic frames are basic and lightweight. They’re comfortable, but they rest pretty loosely on the nose and ears. The frames can flex outward, but in my experience they’re a bit looser than I’d like. I prefer frames that feel a bit more secure, not like they’re just barely resting in place.The lenses seem good to me so far, but I can’t speak to their durability yet. They’re plastic (acrylic), so I imagine they’re likely to scratch easier. Appearance-wise they’re just okay, but who needs reading glasses to make a fashion statement?I’d recommend these for people who prefer very lightweight glasses with plastic lenses, such that it barely feels like you’re wearing glasses. These are definitely comfortable in that regard.

Title: Better than dollar store
Review: This is a review of the “Men’s Reading Glasses 3 Pack Anti-Blue Light UV Blocking Readers for Men Stylish Rivet Design TR90 Frame Spring Hinge Magnification +1.50x”. They’re pretty nice quality and fit well on me. I like their appearance and how they looked on me. They do seem slightly more durable than those dollar store brands. I really can’t speak to how good the the blue light blocking or uv protection are since I don’t wear them for that long of time or outdoors. You get 3 different blends of colors and they each come with their own protective bag. Overall though for around $6-$7 each, I would say their just an okay value.

Title: Decent and lightweight but very reflective
Review: These glasses are quite stylish and work well with my larger face. With plastic lenses they’re lightweight and comfortable. They feel a bit sturdier than the usual half-frame readers, but it’s hard to tell how well the hinge part will keep up over time. I appreciate the larger lenses but it feels like they have quite significant focus difference between the center and the edges and they feel much more reflective than I’m used to, which creates glare inside the lens. For reading a book that’s not a big problem for me, but looking at a laptop screen makes it a bit more tiresome. Blue light blocking works well judging from using this with my tablet and phone screens. Three cases are included, and these are reasonably priced at around $20 for three.

Title: STARTONYOU Men’s Reading Glasses
Review: Nice light weight readers with stylish colors. I never really expect much from readers but these are perfect. I got these for when I do my resin projects. I didnt want to mess up my prescription glasses and needed some thing durable and if I got resin on them its no big deal. You cant go wrong with the 3 pack and in stores you pay alot more just for one and they dont look that great. I know in the pic it looks like its really red but not so much its more like a deep purple red color. They also have alot of reflex so they really shouldn’t be to tight. I know it says for men but I think they are more unisex. My mother in-law stagged a pair to wear around the house.

Title: Comfortable and lightweight but not flimsy
Review: These are not fancy, but they are lightweight, very comfortable and they do their job. I have a larger head, and they are not tight. Because they are blue light blocking, these are especially good for when you’re looking at screens, like a computer, tablet or phone, but I use them for any activity that I need reading glasses for. Unlike some lightweight glasses, these are sturdy enough to hold their shape well and resist breaking. Having 3 is handy, and I have them stationed at different areas of my house.

Title: Nothing fancy but they work
Review: These are nothing fancy but they look good. I like the variety and I like that I have 3 pairs that I can leave in different places and I dont have to remember to bring them with me from room to room. They are comfortable and the work very well.
