Review: I bought these for use on the farm.Good list, decent range of half mile clear line aside of a few houses and trees. Hill or lots of houses and trees and it’s down to 1/4 mile or less. Ear pieces are great and comfortable. Like the compact size and sturdy antenna. Battery will last all day in the field with communications between 5-6 radios.Bad list, charger light is always on and you don’t know if it’s fully charged or not. Battery indicator on screen goes from full to dead with little warning. No indicator sound when the talk button is pressed only when released. Menu operation is tricky to navigate. You really need the manual to figure it out. Call button rings all radios.The face buttons a pressed easily if you have the radio clipped to your belt and rub against something.Overall I’m very happy with them. I would definitely recommend them!

Review: Our YMCA of West San Gabriel Valley Summer Day Camp and Front desk staff used these Midland Walkie-Talkies every day for our 11-week summer day camp. The reception was excellent. These units were a great addition to our safety protocols. In case of an emergency, fire, earthquake or active shooter, everyone was able to be notified at the same time. We also have children who may need emergency assistance and everyone on the staff was made available to what was needed to assist the child.We also use these walkie-talkies up at our camp in the mountains, again we look at the safety and peace of mind these walkie-talkies give for safety during a wildfire or flash flooding in the mountains.Our YMCA of West San Gabriel Valley has purchased Midland Walkie-talkies previously and the product stands the test of time, being dropped and the wear and tear of everyday usage.Midland Walkie Talkies are a LIFESAVER for our YMCA of West San Gabriel Valley.
