Title: Set up in one visit, working perfectly
Review: I live far from my parents so whatever I buy for them has to work without me there to troubleshoot. The Discovery app is intuitive enough that my 78-year-old father figured out the volume adjustment on his own within a week. He FaceTimes me now just to report how well they’re working: heard my sister clearly at loud restaurant, caught every word at his doctor’s appointment. Zero support calls from me. Exactly what I needed. And the price is unbeatable!

Title: Don’t buy
Review: Sending them back. Shuts on and off with Bluetooth and settings randomly change. Putting a cup on the counter sounds like dishes crashing. Horrible. Sent two notes for help, and then one call said we will get back to me in 1 to 2 days

Title: A little flaw
Review: Almost perfect except for me I had difficulty in controlling the volume button. Every time I inserted the hearing aid I had to push it all the way in because the ear domes didn’t fit well. Because of this the pre set volume button got changed. I had to re set again. It was a hassle
