Title: MOES Smart Double Light Switch
Review: This MOES smart switch is an excellent choice for any smart home. Its main advantage is Matter protocol support, ensuring seamless operation with Google Home, Alexa, Apple HomeKit, and SmartThings without needing multiple apps. The “For Limited Space” design is brilliant; these switches are available in configurations from one to four controls on a single unit, allowing you to manage multiple lights while keeping a clean, uncluttered look on your wall. Installation is straightforward thanks to clear wire labeling.Voice control is very convenient, and the buttons feel good to the touch and are reliable. Timer and schedule functions add flexibility to lighting automation.Overall, this is a dependable and highly compatible smart switch that significantly enhances lighting control. Value for money. Highly recommended!

Title: Great switch!
Review: Great switch! Set this up on Alexa using Matter, really awesome that you don’t have to install or rely on additional apps for smart home automation. I am using the 4-gang variant as a scene switch to control LIFX bulbs and scenes, works really well, and was easy to set up.

Title: Working well as a Smart Switch with no Load
Review: This product works well once it is set up. I am using it to control a bank of 10 motorized blinds. Top button for UP and bottom button for down. The buttons trigger automations in Home Assistant to get the job done. In my case there is no load attached to either switch. Basically using it as a simple smart switch. I like the aesthetic of the switch for this purpose.I did have some initial issues adopting this switch into Home assistant. My Unifi WiFi network for my home automation devices was set to “IOT Compatibility Mode”. This switch wouldn’t connect to a Matter controller (HA) until I turned that setting off. Once added it appears to work fine with the “IOT compatibility mode” on or off.The switch doesn’t seem to support a true “smart switch mode” such that the load relay would be disabled, so the relay does actuate when the buttons are pressed. The relay is not loud and actually provides a satisfying ‘haptic’ feedback. The one negative, is the lack of a restart function. If it gets disassociated from the WiFi, you have to completely restart it and set it up again.

Title: Worked for about 6 months
Review: They installed fine and worked reliably for about 6 months, but now they disconnect from the wifi and won’t reconnect without flipping the breaker (there is no reset switch on the device). And sometimes they won’t work even when you physically press them. Also they feel a bit cheap as they don’t rock like you’d expect form a decora switch, its just one big panel that you press which sort of wobbles when you press it. I would return them, but its outside the window. And I don’t want replacements as I’m sure they will do the same thing based on what I’ve now read online.

Title: Great push button smart switch
Review: It is a superb looking smart switch to control two devices from one single gang switch outlet box. Works well with neutral present to replace non smart double toggle so you can use smart life, Google and Alexa to control your lights or other devices

Title: Great Asthetics, works with Home Assistant
Review: I like this little guy. IT looks sleek, and has a slider for a dimmer, instead of buttons. And that is just what I wanted. The button isn’t a firm or clicky as I would like, but that is only a minor detail. And it works with home assistant through the Tuya app and through LocalTuya if you go through the process of obtaining the local API through the Tuya developer account. That said, I bought two of these “refurbished.” The first showed up fast and everything was fine. It was clear the item hadn’t ever been used, in brand new condition, with the plastic still around the device. The second order took nearly two weeks to arrive and when I got it. the box it came in was for the right item, but the actual item was not the dimmer switch. And it clearly had already been installed somewhere and then removed. So of course, I am returning the second one. But beware, return fraud is real, and buying a refurbished item could have this result.

Title: Very user-friendly
Review: It was extremely easy to set up. The wiring was also very easy. Once I had the unit installed and verified that I could turn the switches on and off. I use the Alexa app to find and adopt the devices. It was very easy. I highly recommend that you purchased this unit.

Title: Drops offline even though the switch works manually
Review: I had this drop offline in one day. Reset it again using matter after a 5-10sec button reset, to have it drop offline again after about 2 weeks. It should reset just radio module in this scenario reconnecting to wifi, but it doesn’t. Resetting at the breaker does reset the wifi so it’ll connect again, but that’s pretty much useless if you’re away from home.Support so far has not been super helpful, just asking for the device id and exactly what time the switch goes offline. I’m using Google home to automate it and there’s nothing really there about when it dropped.Additionally, told max load of 10 A even though it’s on 15 A breaker that overloading could cause overheating or a fire. It is not UL certified, so we’re sort of putting our building on the libe if we get a short circuit on the line. I’ve got this switch controlling outside lights, which means a short could be possible from water or a shovel some day.Be careful
