Title: Good Bang for the Buck for Extra Lighting
Review: Accent lightsThese lights are pretty nice. I do like the appearance of them and for the price point they are nice. They come with a remote that allows you to change different settings on the lights. They are also plenty bright for a stairwellThere are a couple of SMALL gripes that I have about them. (I did give them 4 stars)1) It would be nice if they had little covers so the lights were not just open. I noticed that if they are low they light will shine in your eyes a bit. You can dim the light, but it would be nice if they came with at least one cover as an option. An easy way to solve this is to mount the lights up highier above your head so they are not shining up, but down mostly. That would solve this problem. however, our stairs are not against a wall, but are open stairwells.2) It would also be nice if you could have a setting for daytime light (the bright setting) and the nighttime setting that automatically switches. You have to remember to change the light from white bright to more of a yellow or dimmer light.3) I wish they had a flashing indicator to tell you to charge the battery. The GoodNow, they are good looking lights for the price. It is nice that you do not have to run wires. Charging them when I first opened the package did not take long to charge. I am thinking a few hours and they will be ready to go.It is nice that you do not have to have the lights on all the time. The motion sensor works well and throws the light when you need it. If you want them on all the time you can do that. The remote is a pretty cool feature. I did not expect to have a remote at this price point. It works easy and allows you to make adjustments for light color, night setting, day setting, have the light on all the time or when motion is detected. The really nice thing is you can have these lights on if the power goes out. I do not know how long they will last if they are on all the time. However, if you have a battery to charge your phone I am pretty sure you could charge these up.I tried the lights in the hallway, but I think we are going to mount them up high in a closet. They come with screws and tape so you can mount them. They come off the mounting bracket pretty easily. On another note, if you hang the mounting plates a little off center and want the light to hang right. well no fear. Don’t ask me how I know, but if you stick the mounting plate to the wall and it is a little off level, there is enough give in the light to level it out.I gave them 4 stars because I really wish they had little covers that went over the lights. They went from three to four because they do look nice, and changing the brightness is pretty awesome.

Title: Looks Great, Works Reliably Well
Review: I needed a motion light inside my back sliding door where there isn’t a switch to control inside lights near the doorway. It is a poor electrical design and I really don’t want to spend a fortune having it rewired to accommodate my needs. All I really needed was a motion activated light that would activate for a brief time and throw just enough illumination for anyone entering through the back door after dark to be able to see their way to the nearest light switch. I wanted something that would blend in with my decor and not be mistaken for another type of lighting. This actually worked out better than expected! I ended up placing it in a sideways position, about 6′ high on a center post along the corner of my kitchen island. It notices motion after dark at the back door and lights up appropriately. The light it throws is not annoying or feel intruding to the space at all. I was afraid it might be, since I installed it sideways. I have it set on white light. I charged it one time about a month ago and haven’t needed to charge it again yet, so I’d say the battery is lasting much longer than I expected! It was extremely easy to install. I followed the manufacturer’s instructions and used the sticky tape included with the lamp to stick it to the wall. It sticks very well to drywall! The motion sensor even notices when my tiny dog goes to the door to be let out, which is also helpful to me in the evening because sometimes I don’t see her waiting. The lamp coming on gives me an extra notification that the dog is at the back door. It is working extremely well and looks really nice on the wall. It really just blends in and doesn’t stand out much at all, and that’s exactly what I was looking for. I need it for functionality and service, not a fashion statement. It is perfect for my needs and I am really happy to have found it. It really works great. I keep the remote nearby, but haven’t found it to be useful for my needs so far. It is nice to have, just in case. I often work outside until after dark. It is so nice to come in back door and not have to feel my way to a light switch through a pitch dark house anymore!

Title: Don’t always light up when they should
Review: Iffy when they react to movement. When they go off I do like them. Kinda cheap but so what they should mostly
