Title: Poor quality
Review: I bought this for my elderly parents. The sound quality is poor (although this may be due to the fact that it is being used with VOIP). But then after 8 months of use it developed a short and became unusable.

Title: Very straightforward
Review: My father is in assisted living with alzheimer’s. Unfortunately, he isn’t able to use this device himself to call us – even with the pictures at this point. However, it allows us to call him.The setup is simple, and if he’s moved to a different room, it’s easy to update. All we need to do is call our own number and the saved contacts, then update the contact number to the new room. Very straightforward.

Title: Super easy for mom to use, Buy more than one and put them all over the house
Review: Only reason for four stars is because when she’s talking on the phone, it sounds like she’s really far away sometimes but when she’s listening to people on the phone, it’s so loud she’s asked me to turn it down and it’s on the low setting so if you have a person, that’s hard of hearing it’s a great telephone because they never have to dial a number although if they need to they can — but the pictures and names on the squares make my 92-year-old mother more Independent on using the phone on her own rather than the cell phone is a little difficult for her.

Title: Phone for elderly Mom.
Review: It works! My 89-year-old mother can make and receive phone calls. She has been accustomed to wireless phones for decades, of course, but began losing or hiding the handsets. This phone was easy to hook up. I didn’t put our pictures on the speed dial buttons. I wrote our names on typing paper with a black sharpie, cut the names apart and taped our names to speed dial buttons. It’s not pretty, but Mom can answer the phone and call us.

Title: Does not store number
Review: This phone is good for a dial tone but that’s about it. It wouldn’t dial, store numbers or ring loud enough to hear. None of the buttons worked. If you’re looking for a decoration, this would work.
