Review: TLDRWhile these appear a bit large, they fit ergonomically with my ear canal — which was a relief. I’d recommend them for light sleepers as well as anyone entering environments where LOUD sounds are guaranteed. I’ve spent hundreds on Loops, and while they’re aesthetically attractive, I had buyer’s remorse. Loops are overpriced for their function, and I find these Noise Cancelling 45dB Ear Plugs to be a more effective and practical choice.The outward design is black with a subtle shimmer, which I find sharp and attractive without being gaudy. For sleeping, I’d recommend them to anyone in a light to moderately noisy environment — they comfortably dull surrounding sounds and “take the edge off.” However, if you live near a train station, airport, or in a bustling city, they may help reduce noise but won’t fully block it for deep, uninterrupted sleep.As I mentioned, they rest comfortably within my ears, and I haven’t experienced any soreness or tension upon waking. I don’t wear them every night — only when necessary. I once saw a side-profile photo of someone who wore earbuds regularly for both work and personal use, and there was noticeable wrinkling around the ear area. If that doesn’t bother you and you feel you need to use them more frequently, that’s entirely at your discretion.

Title: Work well most of the time.
Review: I’ve worn these several days now, they are comfortable, but can be fiddly to put in. They work well when seated correctly. I have noticed that canal flexing can affect seating and how well they work. So any time my jaw makes certain movements I get noise leaking in.
