Title: These are really nice well made reading glasses.
Review: I tell ya what, for the money you won’t find anything better than these reading glasses. They are much more scratch resistant than my $500 pair of glasses I got from a big commercial place that starts with Lens and ends with Crafters. Those lasted 1 month and they wouldn’t make it right. These last for months and months, and are a fraction of the price. I clean my glasses 5 or 6 times a day at least, and I use whatever is at hand, like a paper towel, my shirt tail, etc… and I haven’t scratched the lenses in these yet. Oh BTW, as far as I can tell the lenses are clear, and accurate. I wear 2.50 power glasses. I have broken a few pair by dropping them, and sometimes after cleaning them, several hundred times, the plastic frame around one of the lenses will break, but since these are so inexpensive it’s no big deal. Pitch ’em, break out a new pair, and just keep going. These come boxed, individually wrapped, and each pair has it’s own carrying case. A pretty good deal if you ask me. If you need reading glasses these are the ones you need to buy.

Title: Good lenses in terms of magnification; lots of smeearing; can they go into a dishwasher?
Review: I’ve ordered and used several sets of these glasses because they’re perfectly priced.You can leave them in the seat-back pocket on the plane and not worry for a moment — and, hey, you’ll have two more pairs in your bag.You can sit on them like I did that $500 Danish pair, and you’ve lost less than $3.Their prescriptions (I use 1.75) work well for me. They’re light, they stay on, and they’re consistently made. I’m on computers all day, I use them for that.They do break after a while, normally near the nose piece on the top of a frame. You may not notice until a lens falls out.My main complaint (and you notice I keep ordering them so this is not a show-stopper) is that they smear easily. I’m not sure if it’s the type plastic the company uses, but something makes them get dirty very easily.►I want to know if they can be put into a dishwasher to get them clean.They’re not a material that Zeiss Lens Wipes (a fine product sold here at Amazon) can handle well.If the manufacturer is checking reviews, I’d like to know if these glasses are dishwasher safe.I tried asking here but this “Rufus” Q&A bot can’t handle the question. (Must everybody have an “AI powered” tool?)If another human here has tried them in a dishwasher, please let me know. I’ll put on a pair of these to read what you’re telling me. :)Thanks.

Title: Incredible Bargain!
Review: I have been wearing prescription glasses, bifocals, for the last four years or so. The diopter for the close-range section of the lens is 4.00. While my prescription glasses are perfect, I don’t like looking at a computer through them for long periods, as I have to tilt my head back to look through the bottom half of the lens. I needed readers. The problem is, the strongest diopter for over-the-counter readers offered at Dollar Tree and Walmart is something like 3.75. So I ordered these.I have no complaints. They do the job, and the price is a bargain. The real surprise was the packaging. Each pair came in a separate small zip-lock plastic baggie, and each was provided a separate cloth case. I bought these because they’re so cheap, and I didn’t expect this sort of care for something I bought for the disposability. The glasses are as good as any you’ll get, and will accomplish what you need them to. They are, after all, not intended to be a fashion statement.What’s puzzling to me is the people who wrote the one-star reviews for them. They’re complaining about durability and how cheaply made they are. No kidding. That’s what I bought them for, because they’re cheap and I can buy a bunch of them, to spread them around the house. An optometrist will be happy to grind you a pair of readers, and you can pay for nice fashionable, indestructible frames. But why would you do that? I know I wouldn’t.Recommended purchase._________________________________________________

Review: High quality for low cost. These have the upgraded hinges which allow for flexibility – they stay tight to the head, even after my toddler over extended them while playing. Very durable. Will buy again.

Title: Frames eventually break
Review: I bought about 2 sets (10 pairs) and keep them all over the place (car, work, all over my house). They work well but after a few months, they all seem to break near the nose bridge area.
