Review: I started working from home a couple of days a week and needed a headset (not provided by work) to take calls. These are decent, but I wouldn’t wear them all day – luckily I pop them on when a call comes in and take them off. The headband part of the set adjusts slightly, but the side digs into the side of my head (I don’t have a huge head, but it’s enough to be uncomfortable). The microphone also adjusts slightly, but you really have to make sure it’s close to your mouth otherwise people can’t hear you. They can plug in either through the jack or the USB – if you use the USB, you can have the inline controls, otherwise if it’s just the jack you’ll have to control volume and whatnot through your computer.
