Title: Just don’t work.
Review: Was excited about receiving my purchase. They arrived yesterday, I charged them fully and followed all instructions…but the earbuds did not power up and would not work, even after I tried all the suggested restarts. Also very odd is that when I bought these a few days ago this product had high ratings- about 4.6 in reviews, lots of 5 ratings. When I looked today, I see that it has been suddenly changed to very low ratings, with very few 5 ratings. WHAT GIVES, Amazon? Yesterday I asked them to send me a replacement pair – but now I’m afraid they will also be duds.Addendum report on the replacement pair of these same earbuds: Still defective. This pair would only charge up to 90%. The earbuds did turn on.. I had bought these for the ANC feature, but the information pamphlet made no mention of any ANC, and the earbuds didn’t sound like there was any noise cancellation. So…I returned the second pair too. Very disappointing.

Title: Bluetooth earbuds
Review: These bluetooth earbuds are excellent! Some of the great features: They wrap around the back of the ear so they don’t fall off during activity. I used them to listen to a 1 hour podcast and only 10% of the on-board batteries were used. The storage case actually has a battery that can recharge the earbuds. I then recharged the ear buds which were down 10% and they fully recharged to 100% and the storage case battery dropped down to 91%. So, between the on-board battery in the ear buds and the battery in the storage case, you can get 20 hours of use. The recharging of the earbuds and storage case occurs very fast via a USB cable. BTW, the cover of the storage case must be closed to enable the charging/recharging, and the digital meter on the front of the storage case indicates the % full of the storage case battery. When the earbuds are paired with your device (ie, phone or tablet) the % battery is displayed with the pairing info. I’ve worn the earbuds for extensive time and they are very comfortable. And the sound quality is very good, including good bass. I’ve used the earbuds when making and answering calls and they work well for that too. All in all, I am very pleased with these earbuds and I’ve even ordered a 2nd set so I have them in my older van and have the 1st set at home. Great performance at a good price!

Title: Good headphones when they work
Review: Giving this 3 stars because the first pair the right headphone did not work. The second pair the left did not. I took the 2 working ones and combined them and now they work. I missed the return time which is on me. The headphones overall are good though.

Title: Two defective pairs of earbuds
Review: I ordered a pair of these and was disappointed to find that they were defective and wouldn’t turn on after being charged. I got a replacement and found that only one of the earbuds worked. The right one doesn’t charge so it’s just dead. I even tried the troubleshooting tips like cleaning the contacts and that didn’t help. It’s disappointing because they seemed to fit fine and were comfortable.

Title: Earbuds don’t charge!
Review: I ya e now ordered / replaced two pairs. The first pair, neither earpiece would charge in the case. The replacement pair the left earpiece wouldn’t charge. From comments, looks like many have experienced this. Don’t buy this product – it simply doesn’t work. Very disappointing.

Title: 2 sets were dead on arrival
Review: The left ear piece of first pair to arrive would not charge. The case gave a flicker when the ear piece was set in the case, but that was it. It would not connect to my phone. It was dead. The right ear piece connected, but no one could hear me when I spoke. I could hear them. I returned them for replacement.The replacement had a dead right ear piece. The case did not recognize the ear piece at all. I tried cleaning contacts with a Q-tip and alcohol with no improvement. I did not try to use the left ear piece. I sent it back for a refund and ordered another brand. The other brand worked fine.

Title: Ordered twice,both pair,left earbud a dud
Review: I ordered these at a steep discount. Reviews seemed great as well as what I could expect for audio quality and functionality. I received the first pair and charged for a few hours as suggested. I went to use them, the right earbud powered on as soon as I pulled it from the charging case. The left earbud didn’t light up and wouldn’t turn on. I put it back in the case to charge and the indicator on the case said only the right bud was charging. I returned that pair for a replacement and the 2nd pair did the exact same thing, left bud never powered on and wouldn’t hold a charge. I tried everything, looked up trouble shooting,tried to see if software needed updated. I was so excited to have finally bought myself something to motivate me to work on my health by working out. Now I’m just disappointed and a bit defeated but I’ll find a good pair elsewhere.
