Title: Finally hearing clearly and actually joining conversations again
Review: I bought these for my grandfather after watching him slowly withdraw because of his hearing. Conversations turned into shouting, the TV volume kept creeping up, and he started sitting quietly instead of participating. We tried other hearing aids before this, including a very expensive pair, and none of them worked out. They were uncomfortable, bulky, or just ended up not getting worn.These were different almost immediately.Setup was far easier than expected. I was worried new technology would overwhelm him, but the app was straightforward and the instructions actually made sense. We did have one question during setup and called the support number. A real person answered and patiently walked us through everything without rushing or talking down to us, which made a big difference.Once everything was set up, the change was obvious. He started jumping back into conversations again, including at church and family gatherings.They’re comfortable, lightweight, and discreet. Title: The only hearing aids that actually stayed in and made a real difference
Review: I usually don’t bother leaving reviews, but we tried enough hearing aids that this feels earned.We went with the HearOne after a few other attempts that just didn’t work out. Some were uncomfortable, some felt flimsy, and a couple ended up sitting in a drawer because they were more annoying than helpful. These were the first ones that actually felt right from day one.The behind the ear style turned out to be the right choice. They feel secure without being noticeable and don’t need constant readjusting. Once they’re on, you forget about them, which is kind of the whole point.Setup was easier than expected. Title: These were so easy to set up for my grandpa

Title: Convenient and quality hearing aid
Review: Love the ease of not having to go through a doctor to get quality hearing aids and hearing test was done through the app. I have worse hearing on left side so was able to program volume and sensitivity to each ear individually just using the app. Also love the look and design. Looks like I have ear buds in! Very sleek design
