Title: Best earbuds ever!
Review: I love these open earbuds! I can listen to music and podcasts and be aware of everything around me at the same time. And the sound is perfect! The customer service was exceptional! I was having a hard time pairing the earbuds so I contacted them to help. Erin walked me through the process (more than once!) and didn’t give up until the issue was resolved. She was patient and professional and made sure I was satisfied. Thank you so much!

Title: Great ear buds will exceed your expectations
Review: After sending back a few over ear headphones I found these.what I like most about them is everything!!!! The voice quality is clear when on a call…listening to my music absolutely no complaints again sound is clear…the over the ear style is comfortable wear with ease no fallin off or discomfort…and finally the battery life F in awesome!!!! I have on at work all day 8 hrs shift then in my purse they go when my shift over..some days I totally forget to charge but guess what they still make it through another day!!! Not sure honestly what the battery life is but you won’t be disappointed…I give these ear buds a 10/10 I love mines..and not to mention pairing simple not like other one have to download ap.

Title: Most comfortable
Review: I prefer open ear buds. I wear them all day while working and around the home. They feel natural like I have a nice stereo sound system in every room. The sound quality is clear and perfect. I can also hear the door bell or bacon sizzling. They are so comfortable that they disappear. I also wear glasses and the stem behind my ear is thin and doesn’t effect the comfort of my eye glasses.

Title: Ear buds exceed expectations, but I found the case slippery
Review: They work great, they stay on great, battery life is good. My only complaint is the damn case. The case is a bit slippery and opening it, for me without it slipping from my hand is tricky. I ended up taking a Dramel tool and scoring a little ntch on the top side of the case so there’s a gripping service to open it. Simple fix. Maybe the next iteration can do that.

Review: Fit great. Nice and soft. Audio is excellent. Stays on while doing all kinds of work. Bending down, running, tilting head. Touch function is sensitive, and isn’t programmable. Functions are set. Bluetooth connection is steady and no feedback or buzzing. Audio quality is just ok on the receiver end. Would recommend.

Title: Defectuosos y sin opción de devolución
Review: Compré estos audífonos esperando un buen producto, pero lamentablemente no funcionaron como esperaba. Al colocarlos en la caja de carga, no se apagan correctamente, lo que afecta bastante su uso. Sin embargo, debo destacar que el servicio al cliente fue eficiente: gestionaron el reembolso sin pedirme que devolviera el producto, lo cual agradezco. Aunque el producto no cumplió con mis expectativas, la atención postventa fue muy buena.
