Review: So I’ve recently gave these headphones a 5 star review but the stopped working after the 30 day return window. How convenient for the seller. They won’t charge and I can’t even get an exchange. Buyers beware of malfunctioning headphones. Maybe I just got one of the bad batch of headphones so if you want to test your luck. Go for it. They were good until they stopped working. 30 days I got out of it.

Title: Disconnects after ending Teams calls
Review: I wanted to love these but they disconnect after ending calls; I use with my laptop and after each Teams call they automatically disconnect which is problematic when I have back to back calls. My laptop still shows connected but they’re not.When I select disconnect on the laptop and then attempt to reconnect it doesn’t work. I’m forced to put them back into the charging case and then put them back on again.I love the design (lightweight and easy to put on) and sound quality/clarity. For continuous listening,like music/podcasts, my rating would be 5 stars as I assume the unexpected disconnects is not an issue.
