Title: Highly Recommend
Review: Highly recommend for dry eyes. This product works great. It moisturizes dry eyes helping with itchiness and blurry vision. I’ve tried other products, but this one actually works. My eye doctor suggested trying it and I’m so happy I did.

Title: These work!
Review: This absolutely helps with my dry eyes in Colorado. I use this and one other product exclusively and it works! Any drops provide me with around a couple of hours of relief but by far, these are one of the best!

Title: Good product~terrible bottle design!
Review: Fist and formost these are great for dry eyes! I’ve tried just about every eye drop there is on the market without much success. I would have tried these drops earlier if the price wasn’t so darn high! After I had cataract surgery and then Yag lazer eye surgery my eyes have not been the same. They burn and sting and it always feels like there is something in my eyes which drives me absolutely insane! My ophthalmologist gave me a script for Restasis. The problem with that is it burns my eyes! Your eyes are supposed to get used to the drops and stop burning after awhile, but it has been a couple months and they still bother me. They also seemed to be working at first but now not so much. I need to go back to see the doctor but in the mean time I needed something to help with my extremely dry eyes. Now the product works well and dosen’t burn or anything but the bottle it comes in is a very stupid design! It is hard to get the drops to come out most of the time. When the drops do come out they are too small and you need to push out another one. Plus half the time I keep missing my eye and the product hits my face instead! I just want to bring this to the attention of the makers of Optase. If they don’t fix the bottle design I won’t ever be buying this product again. In fact I think they will be losing many customers just because of the bottle! Good product in fact great product, but bad~I mean really really bad bottle! I had to take off one star just for the bottle. If the bottle was more like a normal eye dropper design I would have gave all 5 stars.

Title: Love the drops. Dispenser is just ok
Review: I have severe dry eyes and I find these drops very refreshing. The dispenser is different – a bit too big and clunky. I find I have to squeeze it two times to get a drop in my eye. First squeeze gets the drop out but it clings to the dropper. The second squeeze pushes the drop away.Clunky but I like the drops

Title: Effective for dry eyes
Review: This eye drop was recommended by my eye doctor to help with my dry eyes. I used to have tear duct plugs but they kept falling out. This eye drop is amazing and effectively replaces tear duct plugs! Painless and much more cost effective! The bottle is easy to use, I just wish it were a bit smaller to carry with me.

Title: Very disappointed with this product …
Review: Terrible mechanism to dispense the product not sure if mine’s faulty or defective or that’s how they all are but the button on the bottom is very hard to press and when you’re trying to get one eye-drop in your eye this bottle takes two hands to get the job done, and even then I can’t get the drops to come out. Total waste of money very disappointed. If I could give it zero stars, I would wish I could return total waste of money..

Title: Wasteful design
Review: This was recommended by my eye doctor for dry eyes. The drops that come out are very small and hit or miss. The eye doctor said to turn it upside down and shake it a lot before trying to pump it which did help a bit on the size of the drop but your hand moves when you do the pumping action so it is harder to accurately hit your eye first time compared to other multi-dose drops. This is my third bottle and even though there are supposedly 300 drops in it I only effectively get about 100-150 from the bottle because you miss more than with other drops and you are having to shake the drop off left on the tip after each drop you use in order to keep it dry under the cap. I’ll keep using because I have to but the design is very wasteful for me since I only get the benefit of about half of the drops.

Title: Very effective Dry Eye drops recommend by Ophthalmologist and easy to use applicator.
Review: Eye drops recommend by Ophthalmologist for extreme dry eye to use 4 times a day. Began using them prior to and after recent cataract surgery this month. Easy to position the applicator and pump, and effective relief of dry eye discomfort for longer time and better than other brands tried in the past.
