Title: Very disappointed and unusable
Review: I was shocked when I first used them by the overwhelming volume that was screeming in my ear. I turned them down to the lowest volume and they we still way to loud. I am transitioning from standary hearing aids that I have had for 3+ years and need replacement, but at the lowest volume level they are much louder that my hearing aid’s highest volume level, and after trying them for 2 days, I find them totally unusable. I will contact their customer service today, but if not viable solution, I will return them as a very unsatisfied customer.

Title: Loud enough to make a deaf man hear … through walls!
Review: The verdict is still out on this one. I was puzzled because I paid about $230 for these hearing aids/amplifiers and the same model is also marketed on Amazon for as little as $99. I did some checking and these seem to have Bluetooth 5.3 technology and the others have Bluetooth 5.2 technology. I did some cursory research and it seems in this type of device the difference in 5.3 and 5.2 technology is pretty significant and should translate into better overall performance. We’ll see. Also, I agree with other reviews that the volume on these hearing aids is so loud they could themselves be deafening. You couldn’t live with this level of volume. At full volume you could probably hear conversations through walls. You can hear the sound of your hand lightly brushing across your clothes. It’s like Superman hearing or maybe like James Bond hearing and not in a good way. This level of volume must be designed for people who are almost 100% totally deaf. You could probably literally spy other people’s conversations from across the room if that was your desire …. weird huh!?!? Anyway … there are about six modes and even at the lowest volume most of them are too loud for me. Nevertheless, I found on Mode 4 they worked for me pretty well. Also, back to the Bluetooth 5.3 I found I had no problem whatsoever connecting to my Apple 14 phone and the sound/music quality was pretty good. Not Bose quality sound … but pretty good. Also the ultraviolet drying and disinfectant case is a nice plus to this product. In the past I’ve had to purchase Drying Storage Cases for my hearing aids and those cost an additional $65. I don’t know … the other reviews have been brutal and these hearing aids are pretty loud. But on Mode 4 they seem to work pretty well. Again, my sense is the upgraded version with Bluetooth 5.3 may have improved the overall quality of these hearing aids, but if that’s the case why haven’t they more clearly changed the model number or at least publicized the upgrade. I’ll keep you posted.

Title: Not working for me
Review: I can not get these to stop squealing and it is so loud that it gives me a headache. I will try to keep adjusting, but have been reluctant to go through it once again.
