Title: the app is slow and doesn’t work most of the time
Review: The hearing aids do have good sound but they are not very responsive. The button works some of the time but it is frustrating to have to push it many times to go up or down one level of volume. The Bluetooth app is very sluggish and sometimes won’t connect to the hearing aids or it drops the connection and this is very frustrating. I’ve returned these hearing aids and purchased a set that doesn’t require an app .
