Title: Nice simple hearing aids
Review: These OTC hearing aids work just fine for visits with my MIL. They’re easy to operate, comfortable to wear, and she’s able to hear our voices which means the sound quality must be clear without any echo. These are a good value for what we need without spending big money for hearing aids that could easily get lost or misplaced. These are easy to use and easily rechargeable in the case via USB-C – pretty much like other ear buds (minus the bluetooth). Perfect starter hearing aids.

Title: The audio quality is not good. Too much echo and tin-y sounding voices.
Review: How well these function for you may depend to a large extent on your hearing and what frequency ranges you have trouble hearing. For me, they make everything sound like there is an echo and are very tin-y sounding. While, yes, it does make everything louder, it actually seems to make voices harder for me to understand, rather than better. Form factor wise, they are at least comfortable, as they are essentially just typical earbuds with no Bluetooth capability and the internal microphone set to loopback. I had hoped they would have at least some adjustment capability via a Bluetooth app or similar, but no such luck. Unfortunately, they have absolutely no adjustment capability other than three simple volume levels. One other thing I noticed, is that if I wear only one of them at a time (which I often would), I can notice a slight lag between what I hear through the hearing aid and what I hear through my uncovered ear, which is a bit disconcerting. When I wear them both at once, I don’t notice this, but I don’t WANT to have to wear both at once (and higher quality ones I have tried don’t have the lag). I can’t testify to battery life as, due to the annoying echo factor and overall sound quality, I haven’t actually been able to stand wearing them long enough to run the battery down. From a value standpoint, I would have expected more for the price — like at least basic frequency adjustments on treble and bass.On that same note, just two other minor comments. First off, the charging cable that comes with this is woefully short and is also one of the ones that uses a non-standard bi-directional USB-A connector on one end. These plugs tend to be quite fragile due to how thin they are inside and they also don’t work with all USB ports and often put extra stress on the port itself, as it doesn’t comply with the USB standards. Secondly, from a charging standpoint, these are not PD capable and don’t seem to even have a proper sense resistor, as they will not charge when connected to a smart charger via a USB-C to USB-C cable, which essentially means you HAVE to use a USB-A to USB-C cable for charging them. As I have ones that are longer and better, I have no plans to use the charging cable that came with them. And, although it is just a minor quibble, I have arthritis in my hands, as is also pretty common among those of us who need hearing aids, and the notch on the case that allows you to open it is way too small for me to open comfortably. Additionally, the divots that allow you to remove the hearing aids from the case aren’t large enough for my old fingers to fit in comfortably either. As a result, getting them in and out of the case can be a bit of a chore. Sadly, I don’t think their engineers really took into account the age group of their target market. As I said, the form factor of the hearing aids themself is good, they are comfortable to wear, and they are very easy to control, but the sound quality just isn’t that great and they don’t help me hear any better. Once again, how these work for you may largely depend on which frequency ranges you have problems with, so for someone else they may work a lot better, but for me they are a no.

Title: My hearing is on another level, with better sound and longer wear time.
Review: These hearing aids are specially designed for those of us who need to improve our hearing without sacrificing comfort or style. They have a small, discreet design that allows me to wear them with complete confidence: they are barely noticeable, fit well in the ear, and do not cause discomfort. They are more discreet than the earphones everyone uses to listen to music. They have three adjustable volume levels, allowing me to customize the listening experience according to the environment—whether in a quiet conversation, watching television, or in a noisier place. In addition, the noise cancellation works, helping me reduce interference. They come with a portable AirPods-style case that not only protects them but also provides fast charging, ideal for taking them everywhere without worrying about running out of battery. Being rechargeable, they are practical and more environmentally friendly. The battery lasts a long time.In briefPros:* Discreet and comfortable design, ideal for everyday use.* Three volume levels to suit different hearing needs.* Noise cancellation that improves sound clarity.* Up to 100 hours of battery life, with portable case.* Fast charging and easy to use.* No prescription required for use.Contrs:* Not water resistant.* No advanced audio adjustment via app.* Small size may make them difficult to handle for people with limited hand mobility.

Title: Very nice OTC hearing aids, mainly for volume amplification, no individual programs.
Review: These are a good value for the money, if you just need everything to be a bit louder. They don’t have individual programs for different settings, but they are very easy to operate and maintain in the charging box. If you’re just trying out whether hearing aids might help you, this is a good place to start. If these do the job for you, then you’ve saved yourself thousands by not buying the fancy ones. These are white, so they even look a bit like the latest Apple wearable! The instructions are super simple, and I’ve shown the performance parameters in my photo. This company makes very good products. Even if you have other hearing aids that you like, these are great to have around as a backup set in case your others need service.

Title: Super Hearing Aids
Review: I am super happy with these METIKO OTC Hearing aids. I am a senior and slightly hard of hearing in my left ear. Definitely cannot afford the hearing aids the doctor prescribed. At my part time job some people speak very softly and I can barely hear them and at home some of the channels on tv have a softer volume than others. So these hearing aids are really helping me. They charge up nicely and make it easier to hear with and increased ability to hear without any tinny sound that some hearing aids give. Reasonable priced and comfortable.

Title: More settings would be nice not Bluetooth
Review: I’m gonna give these a three because you can’t hook it up to your phone or anything like that it’s not Bluetooth so you can’t adjust any of your settings as far as sound there’s just three different volumes and they give a lot of feedback very easily even on the high volume, they’re not that great my hearing normally is just about the same so these aren’t the best. I really wish they would have been better because I wanted to try them. I guess I’ll keep on looking.
