Title: Love them!
Review: The shipping time was great as usual. Once unboxed I plugged the headset and transmitter in to charge. After a couple of hours the headset light went off indicating a full charge. The transmitter did not go off. It was my fault though. This transmitter does not have a battery even though the power jack on my unit says “Charge”. So this setup is not “portable” like some others. That is fine in my case because I am using it on a wall mounted tv. After connecting it to the tv with the supplied optical cable, I tried them out. The audio was choppy and more out than on. I replaced the supplied optical cable with one from my patch cord box and fell in love. Good dynamic range and tone quality for music as well as streaming tv. I also find that after straightening the headband they fit firmly but comfortably on my noggin.

Title: Poor quality product.
Review: Easy to connect. It’s the only reason I bought a total of three. The first one broke; these headphones are a bit delicate.Second one went for several months before they started cutting off so I had to keep turning them back on but at six months the earphones suddenly stopped communicating with the tv. The third pair I’ve only had 24 hours but already it cut off for no reason twice.

Title: Great accessory to have for your movie watching
Review: I bought this as a gift and my son loves them. They are a good quality, they work well. They aren’t too heavy, they have a long battery life and you can walk around and they will still keep a connection. The sound quality is good, you don’t hear the sounds around you with the headphones on.

Title: imperfect
Review: I bought these as a backup to Jelly Comb headsets I bought on here… Jelly Comb product is excellent but I somehow pushed the charging connector too hard into the opening and broke it. Repair guy near me will fix it. So I ordered these made by Sharper Image until I get Jelly Comb back. Got it set up which was easy enough, but only one ear was getting sound. Took it all out and started over and that one ear still wasn’t working. So I used the RCA cord from the Jelly Comb set for the heck of it and voila — I got sound in both ears. Even when I got it to work, the quality is definitely inferior to Jelly Comb. I will keep these made by Sharper Image as my back up set. Amazon no longer sells the Jelly Comb so if you’re interested, you’ll have to buy them directly from their web site. Amazon — can you get these back in stock? I know a lot of people in their 60s, 70s, 80s who need headsets when watching tv so as not to disturb others. Also the quality is so good and I’ve been raving about them… but none of my family or friends can get them on here anymore. In fact the day I bought mine, I believe it said ‘one set left.’ I lucked out.

Review: These wireless headphones connect instantly to the TV. I’m rather impressed with these. The sound quality coming through is pretty good. They stay charged for a good amount of time.On / Off button is difficult to located by feel when it’s dark in the room. The lowest volume on this headset is a bit too loud for my personal liking.Otherwise, this was a good purchase.

Review: I needed a new set of headphones to watch TV at night. I’m a night owl and I don’t like the idea of bothering my neighbors with loud noise. These seemed like a good, not terribly expensive option, which I hoped would be easy to use. I’m glad to be able to say that they work perfectly and were really easy to set up! I’m really happy with this purchase!My television is apparently not new enough to have USB connection, but OwnZone was thoughtful enough to provide several ways to connect the transmitter to the television. I used the optical cable, which was easy to get set up. It took about 10 minutes to get the whole thing set up, and I was able to start watching television with my new headset. It was pre-charged and I watched an entire movie (almost two hours) before I had to charge them. Awesome!The headset itself is really lightweight, and has comfortable cushioning on the ear pieces. The controls are easy to use while the headset is on my head, and there are so many ways these can be used. I’m really happy with this purchase!

Title: Convenient but not comfortable
Review: They work great but are a little uncomfortable because the ear pieces are too small for my ears. Several years ago, I had a Sharper Image set that had one channel fail. I tried to find out if it was the transmitter or earphones by using the new set, but the newer set doesn’t appear to be compatable with the old set. One other minor problem: the sound is heavy on the lower frequencies and lacking on the higher. This is fine for most uses, but not for music. I will have to admit, it could be my high frequency hearing, but I have other wired headphones that sound much better.

Review: I use these headphones due to hearing loss.I have had problems with a couple but now I have a transmitter that will not switch on.I have switched over another transmitter that worked fine.Contacted Own Zone about the Issue and was informed to contact Allstar Innovations.Waste of time!! They didn’t answer my email.Contacted Own Zone and told them to forward my email to Allstar Innovations.Have not heard from either of them since!

Review: Got these for our non Bluetooth TV in bedroom. Sound quality was better than expected. Super easy to set up. Comfortable to wear.My husband is the one that uses them to watch TV in the bedroom while I’m sleeping. It’s great, I can’t hear the TV at all. Definitely recommend these headphones.
