Title: Kills Robo Calls Dead!
Review: This is the REAL thing. The automated scam and spam caller blocking features WORK! We were getting 4 to 6 calls every morning and more each evening. This system fixed it, ALL of it! This alone was worth the money.Note: This type of system is not rocket science, but they are not plug & play, and they’re not idiot proof. So plan on spending some time setting it up. If you’re not moderately tech savvy plan on asking your best tech friend or relative to help set it up. But after initial setup, it’ll work fine and you’ll be golden. IMPORTANT DO THIS! Take the time to put all your contacts into the phonebook ASAP. This will help the phone system work best for you right away and eliminates the need for the system to “learn” who your real callers are.It has extra features that we don’t really want or use, like the inbuilt answering machine and Bluetooth syncing with 2 cell phones. So to us those just mean there are excess menu items to avoid, but if you need or want them, these features work fine too.

Title: Everything was perfect
Review: Next day shipping! The five phone set is exactly what we needed. I am 71 yrs and I found it simple to set this phone up with personalized ringtones and intercom settings. I don’t need it but I even found Baby Monitor in the settings! This phone has it all. Best of all it has a call block button right on the handset! No more searching through the directory to block a number. Plus it comes with over two thousand preset spam callers blocked and I can block more than a thousand more, should I need it. The only down side is that I have to enter all those good numbers into my phonebook. Oh, it will even link to two cell phones supposedly so I can get my messages away from home. Love it!

Title: Good product – very happy
Review: Bought to replace an almost identical set of equipment after years of use. Perhaps not much difference in appearance or functionality, but should be very reliable family communication system. The only problem encountered was the effort in entering my entire directory from the old system. Sure would be nice to have an easy download/upload provision.

Title: Great and Wonderful
Review: The phones are great. My Grandson, Matt, came down and in 25 minutes had the phones all is store for me. I am still reading how to do things on the phone, but at 84 now I am a little slower. Great and easy to install.

Title: Fantastic phone to stop unwanted calls
Review: I normally don’t write reviews but I had to this time. I bought this phone for my Mom. She was getting over 100 telemarketers/scam calls and week. I hooked it up and the calls these calls stopped 1 or 2 would come in but we hit the call block button and that took care of it. I highly recommend this phone if you get alott of telemarketing/scam calls. A+

Title: Make sure you set it up before the 30 day return period
Review: Bought this phone a few months back but did not set it up til recently. Having had my old Panasonic for over 15 years, I didn’t anticipate any problems. WRONG.First, being a senior, I had hoped for a loud ring. Not particularly loud even on the highest setting. Ditto for the volume of the calls. (With my hearing aids and speaker phone ON.)Second, one of the handsets is not working properly in that the screen is grayed out and is missing about one fourth to one third of screen on the right. Thus, I cannot see how charged the battery is, I have to guess at what is on the menu or use another working handset as a guide.Third, not sure why but for some reason the base lost power and had to be powered back up. It only happened once in the week I’ve had it set up, so hopefully, it is not an ongoing issue. And although I have hardly used them, the handsets seem to be frequently charging.Fourth, since there is supposedly a warranty, I went to the website. It says to register the product first. (I thought I had registered it through the phone which has an item called “register” but apparently not.) To register It asks for the model number–there are two similar but different model numbers on the two stickers referred to. Then I have to find the serial number. These instructions were clear enough on how to find the information. Then they ask date of purchase, purchase price (what does that have to do with it–does the cheaper price mean you’re low on the priority or does it mean that the cheaper price means “of course the telephone is defective” for that price. In any event, I looked up this information on the Amazon website But then, Panasonic wants you to upload a picture of the model number and the serial number. Unfortunately, my computer for some reason is not working in this regard so I am unable to upload this information, which means I cannot register the product? And if you have to upload the pictures of the stickers with the model and serial numbers, why ask this on the registration form in the first place? This is a bunch of baloney. In short, I’ll have to find another way to register and find out about the warranty. I’m assuming there is another route, but it’s already been troublesome and time consuming just to be able to exercise my access to the warranty. So added to what I consider a woefully inadequate registration and warranty process, the defect in the one handset and the over all mediocre sound quality of the handsets, all in all, I am extremely disappointed Until now, I’ve had good experiences with all my Panasonic products. If you have good hearing and are tech savvy and patient enough to comply with the rigmarole uploading, etc., this phone might be fine, but if you have any hearing deficit and like things (like warranty and registration) to be simple and uncomplicated, this is not the phone for you. So if you decide to buy the phone anyway, make sure you set it up asap just in case you need to return it to Amazon.UPDATE; Well, I guess the base unit losing power is an ongoing issue cuz it happened again. I suppose it’s easy enough to resolve by disconnecting the base from the power cord per instructions, but for someone with arthritic fingers, even the disconnecting part can be challenging because the connection goes into a recessed area which is a tad hard for me to access.I have given up on the warranty because it’s clear that Panasonic wants to make it as complicated as possible. When I’m in a better mood, I might try again.

Review: Desafortunadamente, me llegó este kit incompleto, lo tuve que devolver. Por la marca y tal como observé los aparatos, es muy probable que el funcionamiento sea muy satisfactorio pero, para mí, no lo fue tanto al estar incompleto.
