Title: Very pleased!
Review: Bought for an elderly family member that lives alone with poor vision and hearing. We love the loudness of the ringer along with good quality sound, especially on the handset. Speaker phone works better than most.It’s also nice that the phone lights up when it rings. Not sure how much he’ll use the answering machine on it, but it’s set up well so he can listen to messages with a single button. Turning the answering machine on and off is also simple and easy for him to memorize that button. He has a “big button” wall phone as well, but we need him to keep a phone on him and this one’s perfect. Fits in his pocket well. Locator ringer and flashing lights will make life a little less frustrating when he can’t remember where he left it in the garage.We’ve only had it for a month, so we’re hoping it continues to work for a long time for him. We have a similar Panasonic phone system that’s been working great with excellent range for 10 years now.

Review: I am a hearing impaired retired military veteran.I purchased this phone because a family member had the exact model and was impressed with its function.The phone I received from my Amazon order never worked.I returned the phone but only received partial credit.It is upsetting that I only received partial credit.While I might buy the phone again, I would never buy it from this vendor. In fact I would never buy anything from them. I have tried to get my full refund for this defective phone.
