Title: Excellent well built product
Review: This is excellent for anyone who has a hearing loss. Very quality construction. Much better than the standard Panasonic wireless phones. It does work as advertised. No cheap but you get what you pay for.

Title: Improved clarity for hearing impaired mother
Review: I found these phones and base relatively easy to configure and utilize and my hearing impaired mom reports better clarity for her. The intercom and ability to check voicemail using the handset are nice features and while I already have a call blocking system, this is also nice. Speed dial and phonebook are handy and should be useful features.

Review: Just went past the 30 day amazon return window. Big mistake. I spent an hour trying to find a way to contact Panasonic. I am going to have to send the phone base in at my expense and maybe they will fix it.I guess I am used to everyone else sending a label where you can just drop it off at a shipping location.They really don’t want to do any warranty work.
