Title: This is the first phone that has given my callers and I clarity
Review: I have ordered 3 in total. The first one was so so so good. It went to one hearing impaired elderly friend, then the next one to another hearing impaired then I realized I NEED ONE. The weight of it shows it has good guts versus all my other phones. I am off the phone quest now. I love the boost sound feature. Most important though I can hear everyone and they hear me versus always cutting out. LOVE LOVE LOVE this phone. I recommend this without reservation

Title: Caller id is very deficient in pronunciation skills.
Review: Ringer is very annoying tone. Caller id unable to pronounce even simple names and places. But i love the feature that makes it so simple to block calls, adding them to a blocked call list

Title: Do NOT believe description – creepy phone
Review: The description for this ‘renewed’ phone was “it works and looks like new….Professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon-qualified suppliers”. Do NOT believe it. The phone had loaded phone numbers of prior owner and the voicemail message was that of a prior owner (different than the loaded phone numbers of the other prior owner) such that I believe that this phone was pre-owned by two different people (one named ‘David’ and the other ‘Jean’). There is something very creepy about buying a phone and hearing someone else’s voice message that ‘Jean’ cannot come to the phone and please leave a message, and/or being able to hit re-dial for for the loaded phone numbers of people we do not know. Given these oversights, I suspect the quality/longevity of the phone is sub-par as well, as it would appear no inspection occurred.
