Review: got these b4 under a different brand/seller. They work excellent. I prefer the motion detector mode. Stays on lo lite and kicks in w motion. Beats wiring, no worry on blackouts, easy to install, my old ones still work, used custom holders for precise light placement (don’t blind yourself). Oh and great price.

Title: Long lasting solar lights at a great price.
Review: I have bought these several times because they are great backyard lights. They have endured through wind and rain and they provide great light in my backyard at night. We live is an area that has a golf course and we get possums, racoons and stray cats in our backyard. When I take my dogs out at night, I feel secure that it will be well lit so we can see who or what is in the backyard. We put them out everyday to grab all the sun they can but we have skipped a few times and the solar batteries will keep them lit up at night for at least 2 days! They hold up very well in the rain and wind. Perfect for the front yard or backyard.

Title: Remarkable Durability, Looks, & Warm Lighting Where Needed
Review: Live alongside wildlife such as Bobcats, Cougar, & Bears (Oh my!) Have placed those along a 4 acre fence, simple as can be-hung w/ light nails at about chest height. Makes night time walking the 1/4 mile driveway a much less perilous; far more pleasant task. The lights, powered by earlier daytime sun, shine brightly & reliably. Bears, in particular, often set lights on as they amble along- leaving a linear pattern hard to miss. Having set them to brightest intensity have also noticed their sudden luminance seems to confound the big cats who, alarmed by the lights veer away into forest darkness. While you might not need them as some defense against large creatures, these lights also greet human guests & make garden paths plain even at night. Taking your dog out at night also becomes far more pleasant. They look lovely & last for many years. Bought this set when moved to a new home. The people buying my old place asked specifically if the solar motion lights could stay w/ them. Those were the same lights & still glowing seven years on. Will be getting a few more sets to put in back. Fool proof, super easy to install, & offer a variety of light intensity.

Title: They’re fine. You get what you pay for.
Review: The light quality is that cold and piercing blue/white LED color which isn’t ideal, but it’s functional and it’s fine. As the price suggests, the solar cells are inefficient and ineffective. They don’t charge the lights without direct sunlight. Ambient daytime light isn’t enough and somewhat overcast days don’t charge at all either. In the winter the simple on/off motion sensor setting is the only one that has a hope of working, and it doesn’t work all days. Perhaps in the summer the dim/bright and always bright settings will work more reliably, but those would fully drain the batteries every night and kill them faster so they’re probably not ideal anyway. Screws on the back suggest that rechargeable batteries could be replaced in the future.
