Title: These fit well and can be washed repeatedly
Review: These are cut small. I wear 2x shorts but had to buy 4x underwear. These fit well, but they do leak. Not a perfect product. They are comfortable and fit like regular Jockey shorts. But I have to wear a pad with them. But they have been washed multiple times (about a dozen times) and hold up very well.

Title: Bigger pad than Wearever but you’ll feel wet.
Review: The good: the pad is larger in coverage than Wearevers and after washing the briefs are slightly larger than Wearevers’ as well; that increase in size makes them a “large” extra large in comparison to regular nonincontinence briefs like Hanes.The bad: I’m a heavy dribbler, not completely incontinent, so I want to be able to wear all day. Even though the pad does not fill, the wetness spreads onto the unpadded area which then makes it to the pants. Also, you can feel the wetness (prior to the spreading) on the pad relatively soon (unlike Wearever). They also are much harder to dry after washing than Wearever (gas dryer) usually need to dry 3x compared to once. The pad does not reach as close to the band as Wearever either but if you fold over the band, it fixes the issue without discomfort.Conclusion: If you void your bladder in one mass, then change them immediately (or don’t mind feeling wet or care about the spread) these are for you because of the larger pad size coverage than Wearever.

Title: INCONTINENCE UNDERWEAR FOR MEN
Review: This underwear is top quality so well worth the money, even tho they are a bit pricy. They run a little bit large, so I had to turn around and order one size smaller, but the fit is good. If you normally wear a size large – – – you need to order the medium. They certainly do the job for which they are intended (light leakage) and I’ve been pleased.

Title: Only OK For Slow Leakers And Dribblers
Review: The fit is a bit strange which may be the reason others say the brief runs small – the back is a low compared to the front – at least the one that I got. Also, there is the usual problem with this type of protective underwear – wicking of liquid via the leg bands. It is good for slow leakers and dribbles and the pad is thicker than similar looking briefs. But, don’t expect it to absorb a large amount in a short period of time.
