Review: Both my audiologist and Phonak web told be my unit is not supported so need the buy a new one. This audio tube was a great find as it is an OEM replacement. Title: Phonak manufactured direct replacement with recent manufacture date
Review: Second time that my Audeo B hearing aid has broken the wire on the receiver and these are an exact replacement for them based on my level of hearing loss (different receivers for different levels of necessary amplification). I am getting around 2.5 years of use out of them before replacement so in my mind that is very good considering how small the wire is on them and the fact that they get used for around 12hrs. a day as well as regularly getting snagged on ear loops from masks before I found a mask style that was more compatible with BTE hearing aids. They come with a metal pin to help press out the “locking” pin so that the receiver can be removed, but don’t overdo it (plastic pin only needs to come out a little) or you will end up pushing the metal pin all the way in.
