Title: Great Tech, Tragic Interface — and Customer Support That Ghosted Me
Review: The ECG technology itself? Actually pretty decent! It picked up readings accurately, and the hardware felt solid — like it knew what it was doing, even if the software didn’t.Now, let’s talk about that computer interface… installing it felt like I was trying to launch a spaceship with a Windows 95 manual. Clunky, outdated, and about as intuitive as assembling IKEA furniture without the little cartoon man to guide you.But the real kicker? Help support. I’ve had more productive conversations with a Magic 8-Ball. They vanished like my motivation halfway through troubleshooting. One star for effort, if you count copy-pasting answers from a script as effort.So overall: great concept, mediocre execution. If you’re tech-savvy and patient (or enjoy mild suffering), it’s usable. Otherwise, may the ECG gods be with you.

Title: Thank goodness Amazon returns back to the company!
Review: This company and the clone company WELLUE have the same products and the same software interface that no longer works with Mac. A lot of Americans have heart trouble, and the company could be making so much money if they only had software that worked.
