Title: At last! incontinence pads that work!
Review: I used to get belted shields locally, but that store closed and I haven’t found anywhere else that carries them. I’ve made do with the kind of incontinence pads that stick to your underwear, but have found them unreliable. I’m delighted to be able to get these.

Review: Should you have urinary and/or bowel incontinence and you are employed or otherwise busy then you need the belted underwear. If you have an accident and have to go change and clean up, the belted underwear are what you need. Just pull down your pants or skirt, unbelt and change underwear. You do not have to take your shoes or pants off. These are life savers if you are busy. CLH Alabama

Review: The problem I have is with the elastic straps. They are to tight and you only get one set. They get wet with the 1st usage and then you do not have another belt to use.
