Title: Absolutely great for MEN
Review: This product is a lifesaver in protecting incontinence overflow for MEN if used in this way: Layout the shield horizontally, position the penis and scrotum about midway, then wrap/overlap each side encasing the penis like a “burrito”. Learned this from a VA rehab facility that my husband stayed at for couple months. Yes, occasionally leak thru to bed pad underneath but it has saved me from middle of the night bedsheet changes ever since started using them. Note: my husband is not entirely incontinent so these do well for episodes. He wears disposable pullups during the day which then have sides torn open to accommodate urinal use at night. These work great with condom catheter as well, protecting against leakage or when condom becomes dislodged. Use it as insert if wearing diaper style underwear. Another money saver is lining your disposable underwear with guards (double up) because a wet guard can be easily replaced within disposable underwear and much cheaper/easier than replacing entire pullups/brief/ diaper.

Title: Not work the money
Review: One size fits all not true one size fits only fits really small people if you want something that really fits a larger person don’t even look at these. Maybe the company will make a larger size who knows

Title: Not super absorbent
Review: I’ve been using this product for some time now; however the absorbency is a bit lacking, and the button on the belts should be stronger.

Title: Let you do the things you want to do without worry.
Review: My husband used these, while he was alive. They saved him, often, from embarrassing moments. They were durable, fairly thick and very absorbent. They were large enough to save him embarrassment from other infrequent accidents of a more solid nature.Since they were belted, they were comfortable and I don’t remember ever hearing my husband complain about them being uncomfortable.
