Title: Works well but confusing at first
Review: This stuff works really well. HOWEVER, it can be extremely confusing to know how to apply correctly as instructions don’t go into detail. Went through many many trial and error with this. After 2 cars and 3 bathroom mirrors here’s my findings.First obviously you have to clean surface well. Either soapy water or windex. Use paper towels. Then wipe area dry and clean off streaks and residue. Again use a clean paper towel.Second apply just a FEW DROPS (2-4 depending on area, no more than 4) to a folded paper towel. And GENTLY rub on surface keep area to about 6 or 8 square inches. Then again a FEW DROPS 2-4 for another 6 or 8 inches area. Make sure when applying there’s no moisture. Review: I have this installed in a bathroom that has bad ventilation, due to that the mirror with this applied to only lasts for 2-3 showers until the coating is removed by the water in the air. Though if you’re applying it to a car, then this will work easily.

Review: Bought before a 9 hour drive for the holidays as temps had been up and down, and I thought this would eliminate fog on front windows. Washed windshield with a generic brand vinegar windows spray, then applied this product as a preventative measure to just the driver’s side. Followed package directions to apply product then wipe down with a dry towel, but maybe didn’t have enough elbow grease at that angle, and couldn’t remove all streaks. During the 9 hour drive, the passenger side remained crystal clear, while the driver’s side with this product fogged up and remained streaked. I would have pulled over and bought more generic vinegar window spray but didn’t want to delay my trip by a 20-30 minute pullover, so I just kept wiping the windows clear at traffic lights (yay backroads).Maybe the problem was cold temps at application? Maybe I need weight training to de-streak the minivan window? At any rate, generic vinegar window spray and running the front windows defroster was enough to keep one side of the windshield clear so I plan to just do that next trip.

Review: I cleaned the windows 3 times before application. It works wells but it took forever to clean the windows after application. It says you can use water for this but at first it just made it worse. I was afraid that glass cleaner would remove the product.They make application sound so simple. (1) apply, (2) let dry, (3) wipe clean. I am going to add a few more instructions. (4) wipe again, (5) keep wiping, (6) wipe again, etc. But then… (10) park vehicle in direct sunlight and wipe spots you missed… (11) keep extra towels in your vehicle for the next day and wipe again, (12) When first driving in cool rainy weather, pull over to the side of the interstate and start wiping again.
