Review: As the effectiveness of my Lasix surgery began to wane after 20 years, I was once again requiring focus enhancement for my reading and close-up tasks. My yearly optometrist visit confirmed I could use a 1.5 positive diopter for both eyes. Since I tend to be fairly hard on my eyewear, and frequently misplace my glasses several times a day. I need multiple pair of reading glasses around the house and garage/shop so I’m not constantly hunting for a pair.These come as set of three glasses, with each frame a very slightly different anodized color. This product has been working well for me for several years now. So much so that I have purchased at least 3 or 4 sets of three.Because I misplace them fairly often and the cost is reqsonable, I leave a pair at every area of my property that ai might use them, including the vehicles. Yes, you can scratch a lens through neglect or use in hostile environment, but the only failure that I have seen occur more than once, is a separation of the frame at the lens on the left side, that has happened twice. That is likely due to me roughly snatching them off my face with my right hand when done using them. The optical clarity is excellent. Each of the three pairs in the package come in their own protective bag which is made of a lens cleaning material.I have never had a nose piece fall apart. I think I have had one earpiece separate at the hinge after over a year of use. They are quite sturdy and the frames do not deform. The springy grip prevents them from falling off your head (at least my big head). And the one thing that is most important to some people is that they look good…. Before my mother passed away, I was wearing them on my last visit with her, and she noticed these glasses as I was reading, and said they made me look “quite intellectual”, a compliment, as my mother was truly an intellectual herself.I would have great difficulty performing my daily tasks without having multiple sets of these all over the house and shop. I have a spare box of these in a reserve supply in case they should become unavailable at some point.I strongly recommend these if you are becoming farsighted.

Title: Sturdy Frames, Scratch Resistant Lenses
Review: After getting cataract surgery I needed some reading glasses, so my wife picked up a 3-pack with plastic frames.Two of the three fell apart in my hands within a month.So I bought these on Amazon, hoping the metal frames would last longer.I’ve been using them for months with no problems.These glasses are a very good product at a decent price.

Review: They work great. I can sit 18 inches away from my laptop and read clearly. I only need them in case my eyes get weary. The blue light protection works great. Helps keep my eyes from getting tired. Comes with one case, one cloth cleaner. The .05 is great so I can sit back at my laptop to support my back.

Title: Good Looking Glasses
Review: This 3-pack of reading glasses are good-looking for the average middle-age male that will be wearing them. I prefer this half-rim design on reading glasses and these look good. They come in three colors. I bought the package with a bronze, a charcoal grey, and a black. All the colors look nice and it is nice to have a selection that matches the wardrobe. The glasses are light weight and fit my rather large head and face comfortably.They come cheaply packaged in a cardboard box with three very cheap soft plastic, leatherette cases. They did include a single keeper cord to hold one pair around your neck and a cleaning cloth. Overall there was no problems with how the glasses arrived from shipping or with any of the three pair.I ordered another 3-pack of reading glasses from another vendor at the same time because I wanted blue-blocking, bi-focal reading glasses. Unfortunately the other set only had one pair that were bi-focal. When I compared the two sets side by side the glasses in this set block less blue light. These lenses have very little noticeable amber tint. But these lenses have less distortion away from the center of the glasses. In this set the lenses are very typical of drug-store brand reading glasses only at a better price. The lenses are lightweight, not great, but not bad. I bought +2.00 in both sets and I can see a slight difference between the two brands, this one just slightly less strong.I have not owned them long enough to comment on how well the hinges and frames will hold up to long-term, daily use, and pocket storage.
