Review: Easy to use, for my elderly it was hard for him to open the case, but he is adjusting to them well since they are so simple and easy to use. Very good quality for the price, highly recommend! Very light weight, charge it for 12 hours beforehand for proper use!!

Title: I do not recommend
Review: You can hear louder, but there is such a static noise that it becomes unusable. I was supposed to return it, but missed the returning window and now I am stuck with them.They fit in my ears easily. You do need the book to set them up better, but I think you can figure it out without the manual. They are comfortable to wear. They feel like earbuds. They do make the sound louder, but they make everything else super loud. To be able to hear better, i could now hear every key strokes, every mouse click, etc,… So I wore them only when I had client in the office. They also have a static noise that is very frustrating. I am not sure how to eliminate that static noise. It can get distracting because it is very loud when no one is talking. I felt like it was making my ears worse.It has a long battery life as I have used it for a few days and it was still charged. I do not think it is functional. I am not sure if I personally got an effective product, but I was very disappointed by it. I was really hoping to get something that can help me hear better, but the static noise had made me abandon the product. It is the reason I forgot to return it. I have now a useless product.I do not recommend

Review: Gave these as a gift to mo 80 yr old mother. She has them on the lowest setting and says she can hear the slightest of noises. The television is no longer on 100.She does mention that she can hear her own voice echo in her ear which takes some getting used to.They are small and not very noticeable. They come with a lot of different size tips.Case is compact.
