Title: Very helpful and convenient
Review: These have been super helpful so far. I’m not sure about the long-term durability yet, but for now they’re great. They look like they might be a bit big & bulky but they’re not so bad once you put them on. The sound quality is better than expected. I was afraid they would make the annoying noises the last ones did, but thankfully they’re quiet. They fit in my ear well. Pretty easy to use. And i like the convenient little black case! Easy to charge as well.

Title: Just didn’t work correctly
Review: I have a pair just like this without the roller volume and really wanted to like these too. Just cannot get them to work correctly. Volume goes in and out from ear to ear when listening to the radio, general office noise etc. Tried everything I could think of and vendor told me to do the same thing with no luck. Really like the thin design.

Title: Very good sound quality and a real value for these BTE RIC hearing amplifiers / aids
Review: I am an unabashed fan of BTE (behind the ear) RIC (receiver in canal) hearing amplifiers / aids. To me they are typically “invisible” from the front or side, fit very well and securely, and provide the best sound quality. These did really well in all counts.SOUND QUALITY: Very close to “life-like” rivaling most that I have tried and reviewed. The static-like noise cancellation is prominent but not an issue for me. They did a very good job in conversation, watching TV (including a football game with great balance between the game sounds, the commentators, and crowd noise), and listening to music.FIT: These fit me great, are very secure, and quite “invisible from the front and side. 2 TIPS – 1) Because these are designed for in the ear canal use. I always try to remember to make sure the silicone earplugs are tightly attached before putting them on to avoid having them accidentally come off in my ear canal; and 2) I make sure they on not turned on until they are properly fit in my ears; this goes a long way in avoiding feedback and I experienced none with these.USE: These amplifiers / aids have 2 simple controls each; 1) a toggle switch to power them on and off and 2) a rotary volume dial which took me some practice in getting the volume just right. The controls can be used with one hand but I always use 2; one to adjust the controls and one to hold the amplifier / aid in place (so it doesn’t change their position.BATTERY AND CHARGING: These are listed as requiring a 3-hour charge for 24 hours working time AND 4 charges (96 hours) using the case alone, i.e., not plugged in using the power cord. The outside of the case shows when each of the amplifiers / aids are being charged and their individual power levels.INCLUDED: Two hearing amplifiers / aids, the charging / storage case (which I found to be a bit tricky to open), a USB C charging cord, 4 pairs of silicone earplugs in various sizes, 2 cleaning brushes, and instructions.Overall, to me these are a real value at $119 US at the time of this review. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends with moderate hearing issues that could use some help. A very strong cost / benefit choice especially at this price level.

Title: Here is a really unfair review
Review: OK the reason why it is unfair is because I will be comparing this $100 hearing amplifier vs a $4000 pair of prescription aids.First, these are very simple devices and are intended for people with high frequency loss, which is most of us past a certain age. There is an on/off switch and a volume control, recharger base and an assortment of ear tips. For this review I wore these for a day instead of my normal hearing aids. The first thing I noticed was all of the ear tips are closed canal type which helps stop feedback squealing but does not allow air to circulate which can be a problem for some folks. The ear tips provided though are soft and comfortable. As you can see, they are a bit larger than the prescription ones, but they do fit comfortably behind the ear and the wire length is good for the average person. The sound quality is good, but they can feedback if you turn them up too much. I really like the charger base and wish the high-end aids had one like it. I clearly tells you the state of charge of each aid and as a bonus can recharge the aids 4 times without a USB power connection.I am happy to have these as backup for my regular aids. You really have three levels of aids you can buy, these are the most inexpensive but are well made. The next level up are true OTC hearing aids that have more adjustment capabilities and cost between $800 and $1000. Finally, you have the top end which an audiologist programs based on your exact hearing deficiencies and have Bluetooth and other features and will set you back $3000 – $5000.For normal hearing loss these are a good value, and you will be surprised and the difference it makes.

Title: Economical and simple
Review: These are somewhat on the larger size but there is a reason for that. I wanted something for around the house that didn’t break the bank and would be easy to use for watching TV. These fit the bill nicely. They have an easy to operate volume dial and something else that I especially like, that being an onboard on/off switch. If you want to remove for awhile there is no need to turn them off by pressing buttons on each for for a centain lenght of tim, or to track down the case to stow them inside so they don’t run out of charge. Admittedly this doesn’t sound like it should be a big deal, but it is for me and thus the 5-stars.Another plus for me were the domes that came attached to the hearing amplifiers. The fit my ear canal perfectly and I got zero feedback.Obviously they earned 5-stars from me but no, they are not perfect. I have another pair for extended wear and/or streaming and answering phone calls. Also it should be noted that these do not have, nor do they require an app. Functionality is limited because of this however, you get what you pay for, ans at this price I got my moneys worth.
