Title: Returning item not happy
Review: Can I return this item? I get very ear shattering scwills from them and no matter what I do cannot adjust the volume and only hear my voice. The book that came with it is garbage. No real instructions.

Title: Good on conversation but isn’t good for watching tv
Review: ProCharging case is convenientHearing device seems to hold a charge all dayEasy to follow setupWorks well on in person voicesNoticeable switch in sound level in certain situations like running water. (I think this is due to 16 channels – amplifiers make all sounds louder.)ConEar pieces are irritating(I have tried several different sizes and none are comfortable)They do not help with tv volume.I’ve used several hearing devices with different modes and I find there is no difference in the four modes on these. The sound is the same.With 11 volume levels I expected the maximum level to be better.They may work well for other people but I am not pleased with them.
